I tell you I could eat an entire pizza and never be bloated as someone that used to bloat after literally eating an apple. This is how I fix that and how I fix my gut, my digestion, made myself literally never bloat. These are super easy and basic tips and literally everything I did from the very beginning to get to where I am now. I cost nothing to do and you can do literally everything today. Number one is the most important thing that I implemented what made the biggest difference in king and glass of peppermint tea immediately after your meal. Benefits of peppermint tea are insane. First of all, it relaxes the stomach, it relieves digestive discomfort, leaves bloating, relieves gas, helps you digest your food efficiently. I know I'm eating out, there's no way I'm not taking it with me. Two is apple cider vinegar, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. So regulating your blood sugar if you woke up and you're more hungry than usual, this is also an amazing hack. I mix a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with a bit of water, have it on an empty stomach, you're good to go. Third thing I implemented, which is also crucial, like you have to do all of these things with this one. It's very important. This, to me, is a non-negotiable. I don't care where I will get up and walk even if it's 10 to 15 minutes. It is so important. The thing is the number one thing that's similarly suggestion. I literally think of it as if I'm not walking the food here. Like walking literally makes the food just go down. This is especially important after very heavy meals, very carb heavy meals like pasta or rice or pizza, really really change the game for bloating. If I had to give you the fastest hack, it would just be to walk. Having coffee on an empty stomach, this is the worst thing you can do for your health. It takes your stomach like crazy horrible for your guts, for your digestion, for your microbiome. Also for your stress levels, imagine the first thing going into your stomach is as acidic as coffee. Your cortisol levels are going to spike through the roof, also probably your glucose if you're having a milky sugary coffee. The last one is the hardest one, but the most powerful. That's cutting out dairy. Not for everyone, but at least for me when it came to inflammation, gut health and bloating, dairy made the biggest difference, especially cheese for some reason. I feel like cheese for me really bloated me, made me very puffy, also made me breakouts. If you're breaking out, you feel puffy. I would say do like a two week dairy detox and see how you feel. Those are the five biggest tips I can give you if you wanted to fix your gut health, reduce bloating and just feel it better.
