Crit are looking amazing that literally nobody will tell you is to cut out sugar. Face got slimmer, body got slimmer, waist got slimmer, like literally everything got better. My face wasn't puffy anymore. I wasn't thinking about food all day. My cravings literally disappeared. My body looked way more stashed and wasn't storing as much water. And this is all because sugar is incredibly inflammatory and addictive. The more you have it, the more you crave it. And once you break that cycle, you realize that you don't even think about it. Sweets become way too sweet and honestly you see the benefits so quickly. Like I'm telling you guys in two weeks, my face looked so different. Start small, start with your coffee, stop putting sugar in your coffee, stop having really sugary things after lunch and dinner. And slowly by slowly you'll be able to cut out sugar entirely. This is your sign to actually do it for the summer and see how you feel because I'm telling you guys you're going to feel like a different person.
