We are now in November. The days are getting shorter again, the Christmas music will soon start playing on the radio. Friends will be asking what your new years resolutions are and what you're hoping to achieve in 2026 and you'll realise that you made it through the top of time. That bad day you survived, the week after the bad day you continued to push, the month after that bad day you moved on through life and now 11 months into the year, you realise those bad days do not define you. They do not define what you are worthy of and you continue to get through them all because time will always pass anyway and maybe you didn't even realise how strong you were but you're still here. So enjoy this month, enjoy the changing season, celebrate those small wins and let November remind you that you are not behind. You made it here and you deserve that.
