I own a multi-million dollar marketing and sales consulting firm where I help business owners leverage their marketing to create millions of dollars in sales for them without spending more time producing more marketing spending more money on ads Any of those things piece of advice number one you just need to go viral You absolutely do not just need to go viral because if attention was all that it took to create sales all of these different brands and businesses who are going viral and have millions of followers would be creating a shit ton of sales and I'm behind the scenes of those people's businesses and Trust me when I tell you they're not making that kind of money going viral only works for sales if you actually know how to go viral in front of the right People and you know what you need to say in your marketing after you get their attention to turn them into effortless sales because marketing that gets people's attention I'm marketing that gets people buying are two totally different styles of marketing What do you think your audience needs to hear in order to buy? Every single time my clients tell me that someone said this to them They're like bitch if I fucking knew I wouldn't have had to hire you or in my opinion the worst version of that Is that expert that you hired being like well? I think Your audience needs to hear this. I think that you just need to sell more I think you just need to connect with them where I think you just need to build more trust with them The reason why unfortunately so many quote-unquote marketing experts talk a big talk say they can get you all these incredible results And then 90 days goes by and you're like what the fuck is going on? Why have nice seen any sales is because nine times out of 10 you are paying them to guess just as much as you are about your marketing Unless they are asking you for market research and data and all of these things that they can actually look at and audit and assess Your marketing and sales against and actually know why you're not seeing sales because they're looking at your data and your market research They are guessing Just show up as yourself tell your story more no one can take your story away from you Be more authentically you build in public And don't get me wrong all of that absolutely is helpful to create sales from your marketing Because in order for someone to buy from you whether you have a product or a service they have to trust your brand So all of that is trust building But again, there is a massive difference between marketing that builds trust and marketing that creates sales and if you stop there So will your sales Oh, well, I made this piece of content last week and it worked really well for me and created a ton of really great leads and sales for me So you should create something similar I'm so sorry, but if we are basing our marketing and buy self of what worked for you You are not working with a genuine marketing strategist you are working with somebody who's a good marketer for their business But does not know how to market for any other businesses What is the worst marketing advice someone has ever given you tell me in the comments below Because I want to know and I'm going to make a video about it
