These are three things that I believe instantly lower your value. Number one, desperately seeking someone's attention. When you are desperately wanting to gain someone's attention, to me personally, that means that you're lacking something within yourself, that you're seeking something from someone else in order to fulfill something within yourself. When you give desperate energy that basically signals luck, because if you were full internally, you wouldn't be seeking anything externally. Number two, over-explaining. When people over-explain something about themselves, to me that signals that you're lying or that you're not being entirely truthful, when you are over-explaining or overdoing in any area in your life, that means that you feel insecure speaking about it or doing it. When you are secure and firm and grounded in something, you don't need to be spewing random words to make a point. And number three, you simply lack boundaries. When people don't have any boundaries, you are allowing anyone externally to invade that and cross that at any point. Secondly, that you seek a lot of people's attention or validation in order to fulfill yourself. When you should never be seeking anything externally, but always be seeking and trying to learn more things about yourself, and working on your internal world. When you have no boundaries, that means that you allow anything and anyone to enter your world, signaling that you just accept anything and everything that comes your way. You prioritize people's validation and opinions and beliefs about yourself, rather than prioritizing your own. Because you want to people please and you want everyone externally to like you. And to me personally, that means that you have a weak internal world and that you will switch up quickly so that you're able to make other people happy and not really make yourself happy.
