I literally just got yelled at by my client because of their mistake. I literally just had a meeting with my client to discuss the deliverables and the contract coming up and everything seemed fine and dandy as we're going through the contract and I'm scrolling through and I'm reading everything and they all of a sudden said, "Um, no, I never agreed to that." What? We just talked about this two weeks ago and you agreed on the amount per item you agreed on the contract link, you agreed on everything we discussed and I'm so glad that I told DVE running in the background, recording the meeting because I literally pulled everything up and sent it as we're talking to the client and said, "See, this is where you've sent everything. I haven't recorded. I have proof." So, I don't know why you're trying to change things. So instead of arguing with him because I clearly had the proof in front of me, I sent the transcript over to my boss and now I'm waiting to hear back on how we're going to proceed forward because I'm not about to eat y'all that for something that's not my fault when the client agreed. Two weeks ago, to the entire contract, the deliverables and everything else.
