Okay, so we have to understand two things we can either add sarcomers in series or in parallel Stretch-mated hypertrophy has to do with the in series. So that's what the sarcomer genesis wind up being, okay? So let's make it simple Flexibility, okay, understanding a level of flexibility. So you have an operating range that the sarcomers can have So if we take hamstring for example Hamstring's actually benefit from stretch-mated hypertrophy So if we progressively get deeper and deeper with passive tension and over time increase that working sarcomer length There are operating range or the flexibility then we can all we can of course add sarcomers in series But it'll eventually get to a point where we can no longer increase that working sarcomer length, okay, so that operating range, okay? So I mean we're not going to be growing through sarcomer genesis anymore or stretch-mated hypertrophy It's just going to be from the bipybular addition.
