This influencer has just denied murder charges in court, claiming that she fatally struck a rival influencer with her car. (screaming) This is 29-year-old Gabrielle Carrington from England, who is also an ex-factor finalist in 2013, but her problems began in April. After she arrived at a nightclub at about 4 a.m., and got into a confrontation with a man. The situation quickly escalated and a crowd formed, including security to try and break it up, but it all spiraled out of control after Gabrielle got into her car and drove onto the pavement, hitting two people in the process. The first was a security guard who reportedly suffered life-changing injuries, and the other was a 32-year-old influencer named Claudia Glenn, who days later died in hospital. Now this case is currently in court, and no motive has been established, but a video shared online of woman claiming to be a friend of the victim. A ledges of the problems between the two influencers began after Claudia unfollowed Gabrielle on Instagram, which allegedly led to private messages being exchanged and months of tension. Now Gabrielle has pleaded not guilty to charges of murder and causing grievous bodily harm with intent, and she's also being charged with driving with excess alcohol. Gabrielle's trial officially begins in January.
