three years exactly and I will tell you is Tom Petty saying waiting is the hardest part the FBI showed up at my home April 28 2005 to tell me that I was a target of an investigation after they interviewed me nothing happened for one year then April 28 2006 I read in the Los Angeles Times my former client had pled guilty to securities fraud in that article he was cooperating against an unnamed co-conspirator I called my lawyers and they said yes you are the unnamed co-conspirator they encouraged me to plead guilty I agreed and six months later I finally signed a plea agreement with the United States government I signed it about a month after that in February of '07 I actually pled guilty one year later in February 2008 I was sentenced to 18 months in federal prison and then April 28 2008 I surrendered to federal prison waiting as the hardest part used this time to work to build a new record and it consistently show why you were different than the government's one-sided version of events, I wish you the best.
