Most growth hacks for owners aren’t hacks. They’re expensive shortcuts that only work once the basics are dialed in. I rated five of the most common ones, 1 to 10. Trucks with no one to drive them, trades added too early, ads without testing. All lower than you’d think. The single 10 out of 10 is the move most owners resist the longest.

I want you to rate these growth hacks for owners. One to 10, based off whether or not you feel like they work. Okay, so buying more trucks. Well, you got to have people to put in the trucks. So I'll put that one low on the list of like a three. What about running meta ads? Running meta ads, we've seen varying levels of success with those, which we just have to keep testing. I think that's the key on meta. I would rate that a six. Hiring a coach. Hiring a coach is a 10. Everybody has a coach, even the best athletes in the world have a coach. What about adding a trade? If done properly can be very beneficial, but it's very difficult, I'll rate that at four. And then finally, what about going viral on social media? We've seen success in this respect. I would rate that in seven.
