by companies hit walls because the owner is unable or unwilling to reinvent themselves. And so I look at the leader I was when we first started is totally different than the person I am today. And as we sit here today, I know that I'm gonna have to be a totally different person at 200, at 300, at 400 million. Because that's gonna take a different type of leader. It's gonna take a different type of leadership. It's gonna take me focusing on different things than I'm focused on now. And so for me, it's always trying to figure out if these are all the things that I do, what are the 20% that's gonna truly drive this business forward? And then how do I find someone to either empower or delegate to for that other 80% because you can't be really good at the 20 if you're focused on 60, 70, 80% of the other stuff. And so understanding what those roles and responsibilities are. And then having the trust to trust somebody else to do it even though you've been doing it for a while.
