We're making tacos, but I'm going to try to fry these at home and make them into hard shells. Taking the tortilla, drop the meat in it, oil, waiting for it to bubble up, and do a quick flip. Oh my god. I'm going to put it in half. How much do you want me to do about it? Check back in a minute. One minute later. I'm going to flip it and get this side now so we've got golden and crispy. It'll keep its shape. Why? The thing's higher. Science. Our infamous shells turned out pretty good. Some lettuce lines. Oh my goodness. We're going to do it. Let's see what the crunch is like.
