Top three worst movie remakes of all time. Number three is The Wicker Man. Now, I really enjoy The Original Wicker Man. I think it's super unique and tense and weird. The remake, now also Nicholas Cage is one of my favorite actors of all time, but we know sometimes he can take a swing and a miss and this is one of his great misses. And I don't know why it just comes off so comical. Number two is the psycho remake. Now, this is a really interesting one that I think you learn a lot about movies in general and what makes something work and what doesn't because this movie is a shot for shot remake of the original film that basically has the same script and everything. And yet none of the quality is stays the same. The original movie is vastly superior. And I think it shows you that there's a certain magic in the originality of something and in the performances of the actors who are cast because it really boils down to the fact that these people just don't hold a flame to Janet Lee and Anthony Perkins.
