Top five longest running TV shows. Number five is, as the world turns. That ran from 1956 to 2010, a total of 54 years. The world was turning and turning. Number four, days of our lives, 1965 to the present. It's been on 60 years. When I was a waiter, the restaurant that I worked at hosted the entire cast and crew of days of our lives every year for their annual swarray. And let me tell you, you've never seen more plastic surgery in one room. I mean, I thought that place was gonna, you know, I was gonna get a chemical problem from breathing in there. Number three, general hospital, 1963 to present 62 years. Number two, guiding light, 1937 to 2009. Now this one is a bit of a cop out because it started as a radio show in 1337 and then moved to television in 1952. So if you like this list and want more about it then on since follow me, leave me a comment with your favorite TV show. I always love breaking bad. I think Twin Peaks are some of the greatest television ever. Also follow my wife Samantha, who I've tagged. Check out our podcast, Brutally Honest with Sam and Jacob, wherever you get your podcasts. Number one, it's been on from 1947 to the present since the beginning of television. It's meat the press.
