sometimes Bulgaria can take a lot of patience. There are businesses with great customer service, many where they are just perfunctory, and others where you feel like you're forcing them to sell you something. It can be very very challenging to not let those moments make you feel angry I have to remind myself to see the big picture because I very much want to support small local businesses This one especially I understand offers convenience for the elderly who come to Popovo by bus and go to the market for fresh produce There are other hardware stores close by so I probably will think twice before going back and giving this one any more business I've bought here multiple times so that would be a shame but day was especially difficult and ridiculous unnecessarily I am consistently friendly and patient. Perhaps other foreigner haven't been.
