Replying to @auglocqnuk The obstacles you describe as preventing you from moving abroad are real. They're just not immovable. They're uncomfortable to move. Different thing. Massive barrier sounds like: immigration laws preventing you, government blocking your exit, literal impossibility of leaving. Those would be immovable obstacles outside your control. What most people call massive barriers are actually: would have to cancel subscriptions, would have to sell car, would have to live with less stuff, would have to change spending patterns, would have to do uncomfortable things for period of time. Those aren't barriers. Those are choices you're not willing to make. Valid to not want to make those choices. But be honest that you're choosing comfort over change, not that change is impossible. The test is simple: if someone offered you $50,000 to relocate within 6 months, could you do it? If yes, then obstacles aren't preventing you. Your unwillingness to be uncomfortable without payment is preventing you. Most people can identify exactly what they'd need to do differently to create financial room for relocation: cut discretionary spending drastically, sell possessions, downgrade housing/car, eliminate subscriptions, build income stream, redirect every available dollar toward exit fund. They know the pathway. They just don't want to walk it because walking it means: temporary significant discomfort, doing things differently than everyone around them, being judged for choices that look extreme, tolerating deprivation while building toward goal. So instead of saying "I don't want to be that uncomfortable," which sounds like choice, they say "there are massive barriers," which sounds like external constraint outside their control. One is owning that staying is choice. Other is absolving themselves of responsibility for that choice by framing it as impossibility. But you have more control than you're claiming. You're just not willing to exercise that control because exercising it requires doing things you really don't want to do. American system is designed to keep you comfortable enough that you stay while uncomfortable enough that you keep consuming. That narrow band of tolerability is trap. Breaking out requires either: getting so uncomfortable you can't tolerate it anymore, or choosing temporary extreme discomfort to escape permanent mild discomfort. Most people stay in the band. Tolerable enough that leaving feels unnecessary. Uncomfortable enough that they're constantly stressed. Never quite bad enough to force change. The obstacles you're facing are: your own choices about what you're willing to sacrifice, your attachment to current comfort level, your unwillingness to do things that feel extreme, your resistance to being uncomfortable even temporarily. All of those are within your control to change. You're choosing not to change them. That's a valid choice if you own it. But stop calling it massive barrier when it's actually preference. Link in bio for people ready to move obstacles instead of declaring them immovable. What obstacle is actually a choice you're unwilling to make? 🆘🇺🇸

You've been watching move abroad content for how long now? Six months? A year? Two years? At what point does consuming information about moving abroad turn into actually moving abroad? Because those are completely different activities that feel similar but produce opposite outcomes. One makes you informed about theoretical options. Other makes you a person living in different country. Watching videos about Portugal doesn't move you to Portugal. Following expat creators doesn't make you an expat. Knowing which visa programs exist doesn't mean you qualify for one or that you're applying for one. Information consumption feels productive. It feels like progress. You're learning, you're gathering data, you're becoming more knowledgeable about options. But if that knowledge never converts to action, you're just really well-informed about life you're not living. There's a pattern to people who actually relocate versus people who watch relocation content indefinitely. The pattern is visible early. You can see it in how they engage, what they ask, what they do after watching. Most people won't like hearing which category they're in. Because if you're in the "will talk about it forever" category, being told that directly means either proving the pattern wrong by taking action or accepting you're choosing to stay. Both of those options are uncomfortable. So most people will just... keep watching videos. Link in bio for people tired of watching and ready to be the person other people watch videos about. 🆘🇺🇸

Most owners dream too small because small feels realistic. But realistic never pulled anyone anywhere. The goals that feel slightly ridiculous when you write them down are the ones doing the real work. They set the direction, they raise your standard, and years later you look up and realize you grew into them.

#fyp @tiktok creators 0

12 WAYS I’M USING AI FOR MORE SUCCESSFUL CONFERENCE TRAVEL: 1. Export LinkedIn data (this usually takes about a day). I also use LeadDelta. Huge fan. 2. Pull the conference registrant list, plus sponsors and vendors. Use an agent to get the info OR screen record the site then have Gemini tell me what everything says. 3. Cross-reference my LinkedIn/LeadDelta data with the conference data. Nerd out for too long. 4. Ask AI to give me little snippets on people. 5. Ask AI to flag strong overlaps, shared interests, or strategic reasons to connect. For example, Mine will flag clusters of like 26 people at a company - I can begin building a relationship with the ones who are at the conference and build from there. 6. Choose about 20 people to contact prior to the conference 7. Send a short LinkedIn DM inviting a meet up. Add a LinkedIn voice note with your DM. It almost always makes people happy. 8. SOOO IMPORTANT. AN ANTI AI THING!! DO NOT USE AI TO WRITE YOUR DMs. I PROMISE. I can give you language if helpful 9. Before each meeting, use AI for deep research and likely points of intersection. 10. After each conversation, leave yourself a quick voice note in AI with takeaways and agreed upon next steps. 11. Prompt AI to turn those notes into CRM updates, follow-up messages, and outreach plans. I HAVE THE LITERAL BEST FRAMEWORK FOR THIS. 12. Have your AI push tasks to Notion or whatever so you are reminded to reach back out on a cadence. VOILA! Strategic relationship building to make the most of the conference experience. AI leveled me up so much. #sheleadsai #ai #humancenteredai #womeninai

We’ve had more than a lifetime full of people who feel the need to talk about this. We get one time around. Harumph. Also, women surpassed men in ChatGPT usage back in March 2025, so don’t try to tell me women are not adopting AI. THROW THOSE STUDIES OUT THE WINDOW. Women underreport bc we’re no dummies. We know our competence is already in question. The last thing we’re gonna do is tell our boss we’re using generative AI unless we’re sure we can do so without retribution. Also, we dont have the blind faith in technology that our counterparts tend to. We are conscientious and cautious. But we are not lagging in usage. #responsibleai #sheleadsai #womeninai #ai 0

You don’t have to do everything at once - everything compounds in learnings and productivity and excellence. In fact, I’d do like 3 upgrades at a time. Implemt, love with them, continuously improve. Build out from that core. We’re a bad example as we are changing our whole operating system flint Notion plus Claude. It’s a lil wobbly, but there’s light at the end of the tunnel. Replying to @youreverydaykitchen Creating remote income is the best way to transition to a life abroad. Just because your job isn’t currently a remote job doesn’t mean you can’t find a way to pivot your experience into a remote career. Find out how a waitress, construction worker, car sales person, or hotel front desk clerk can use their experience to create a remote job. You can use that new remote income stream to qualify for visas around the world. Venturing out on your own as a freelancer or business owner is not as hard as you might think. Use your existing life and career experience to create a stable remote income that can go with you anywhere in the world. 🆘🇺🇸

Raising black and brown kids in the United States is statistically harder than raising white kids. Existing while being black is more dangerous in every measurable way. The entire black voting block is told the “right” way to fight is at the ballot box. Only that hasn’t worked. Rights they already theoretically (but often not in practice) had are continuing to be stripped away. It’s tone deaf to tell them to be patient for decades just to get back to where they were at the beginning of this regime. Instead, I want black and brown families to understand where they can go for safety. Other countries do not make the color of your skin a political issue. If you are earning passive income there are 24 countries ranked higher in safety for racial minorities. 🆘🇺🇸 #creatorsearchinsights

One of the most overlooked tips for remote workers: Your company's current policy isn't the final word on where you can work. Policies change when employees make compelling cases for exceptions. 78 countries have visa programs specifically designed for remote workers employed by foreign companies. The legal infrastructure exists. Your income qualifies. The only barrier is your employer saying yes. And employers say yes more often than you think - when presented with the right case. Not "Can I maybe possibly work from Portugal?" But "Here's the visa I qualify for, here's how I'll handle time zones, here's why this doesn't create legal or tax complications for the company, here's how my productivity will remain consistent, and here's my transition plan."
