You are a gift to the non-profit industry on loan to your current employer, and I'm now trying to say that your current employer isn't amazing and that the mission isn't the bomb and that you aren't having a huge impact right now. I hope that you are and I bet you are, but you're going to want to do more at some point. You're going to outgrow the pot that you're in and you're going to want to go and do something else and make a bigger impact and spread your wings. That's why we invest in professional development. It's not necessarily because you need to learn something to be better at the job that you currently have. That brings me to chat GPD because the thing that you can do right now to spread your wings and prepare you for making a bigger impact in the world is you can be among the, it's like five to ten percent of non-profit folks who are using chat GPD right now. We have over 60 people coming to our two free trainings on chat GPD for social impact leaders. So we're opening up another one. It's not on our website right now, but it's going to be. So we have Monday, like a Memorial Day. We have the Monday after that, which is June 5th, and we're going to add a third one and I'll put the link around. We're going to go over some of the magical seeming things and then we're and some of the really common uses like for creating content and then we're going to go over some of the things that will be really useful like I put a video on crunching survey data for example. So some of those like more niche things that you can learn now and apply to other use cases, so I would love to have you there, non-profit leaders, staff, fundraisers, I'm going to use use cases from like the general overall social impact sector, but that doesn't mean that if you are an entrepreneur starting up your company or thinking about it or working on a side hustle, that doesn't mean that it wouldn't be appropriate for you. It's just you need to be a little bit imaginative with the use cases, which is kind of the name of the game anyway. I love a friendly debate in the comments if you’re a stan for one of these. But please don’t talk about the em dash. Not a peep. We’ve had more than a lifetime full of people who feel the need to talk about this. We get one time around. Harumph. Also, women surpassed men in ChatGPT usage back in March 2025, so don’t try to tell me women are not adopting AI. THROW THOSE STUDIES OUT THE WINDOW. Women underreport bc we’re no dummies. We know our competence is already in question. The last thing we’re gonna do is tell our boss we’re using generative AI unless we’re sure we can do so without retribution.
