If you're in the midst of building a business or a career or a social media following and you're waiting for it to be your turn to succeed, this is just your reminder that everyone that you're seeing succeed right now has been waiting for their moment for years and years and it is not an overnight process. I feel like we all have so many people we look up to whether that's influencers or business owners, entrepreneurs, whoever that is and I feel like I was just really deeping today how no one realises how long we've been working for get to the moment we're at now. An amazing example of this is Sabrina Carpenter like she's huge and she's actually at the peak of her fame. Everyone feels like she's an overnight success but she's been in the industry since she was like nine. It is such a long process and I think the negative side of social media is that people are seeing so many people succeed and so many people do like social media as their full-time job or be these like massive entrepreneurs but they haven't seen how long they've been building this before social media was as big as it is today and I think that's why so many people are wanting a job in social media because it looks so easy but they don't realise how long it takes to be able to be in that position where social media is your full-time job or where you're able to do your business full-time like I do and I think that's the damaging side of socials.
