Easy to make healthy brownie batter balls. I am not the original creator of this recipe I will tag her below, but these are seriously so delicious Okay, first thing we need is a food processor I've seen people do this in the blender. I just happen to have one so I'm gonna use the food processor Also, this is the easiest recipe of all time. I'm obsessed. Thank you, El Okay, first and great is going to be some dates. You need two I did about a cup and a half of pitted dates Heresby's a little bit different. This is a spin on her recipe. It's not exact You guys know I like to change things up Anyways, throw your dates right into your food processor or blender Also, I like now that I'm looking at this. This is about two cups of dates Okay, next up you want to add some type of nut butter I'm going to do the Kirkland brand organic almond butter and she says to put about a tablespoon I'm not gonna lie. I put about a tablespoon and a half because Why not? Okay, she doesn't have this in her recipe, but I add vanilla to everything So I'm gonna put half a tablespoon of vanilla Next up you want something to help bind your brownie balls She uses almond flour. She also uses oat flour because I've also seen her you cereal check out her page She has hundreds of different variations for these, but I'm gonna put three tablespoons of almond flour right in here Then she adds about two tablespoons of maple syrup or honey I'm just gonna put one tablespoon because honestly, I don't want too much added sugar The dates are sweet enough Next up since they are chocolate brownie balls. We're gonna add cacao powder three heaping tablespoons Cacao powder is really high in antioxidants It's also been shown in research to help regenerate stem cells, which stem cells, which is incredible It's also really great for women in their alludial phase of their menstrual cycle and then lid on and blend All right, this is not the correct consistency It needs a little bit more liquid probably that one tablespoon of maple syrup that I skipped So I'm gonna put a tablespoon of almond milk. I lied. I'm using coconut milk But if you notice that you have the same textural problem just add a little bit a teeny bit of liquid at a time or else they will get too wet So I'm maybe I'm actually just gonna do half a tablespoon Thank God I'm gonna put half a tablespoon Now it is literally just turned into a brownie bowl. That's the consistency you want All right, next up you want to melt some chocolate. This is just 70% cacao You can use whatever you like you could skip this step highly recommend you do not skip this step right in here Yes, I am putting on gloves because these nails don't need any brownie ball batter under my nails you And the next you're just gonna grab chunks of your batter and you're gonna roll them into balls She makes really giant ones. I make much smaller ones because I would eat like three So I'm just making like medium to small sizes Oh my god, I'm so glad I only made three of these little balls I just remembered one ingredient that is so important to the recipe forgive me You're supposed to add salt to this and a ton of it So now I'm just gonna add it in and mix it up But yes use a lot of salt. Trust me. I've made these before it really changes the flavor profile Thank God we avoided the salt crisis now. I've just got all my little brownie balls And then all I'm gonna do is just sit here and dip them in chocolate Okay, once you've dipped all your brownie balls You can top them with whatever you want see salt I'm going to use some cacao nibs. I'm just gonna throw them on top. I have a feeling I don't have enough Okay, so I top mine with cacao nibs and see salt now these have to go in the freezer And then 30 minutes later you grab these out the freezer and you've got the perfect little healthy sweet treat. Cheers
