Hi protein, hi fiber, teramisu, chia seed pudding that actually tastes good if you don't know me, my name is Artol, I'm a certified nutrition coach of educate women on proper nutrition so they could start eating real food and stop those crazy fat diets. Alright now let's get into the recipe. Okay, grab container of choice and then I'm going to use instant coffee, you don't have to use instant, you can just use three tablespoons of any coffee that you want. Fun fact, this is also decaf so I don't die. Okay next, grab sweetener of choice, I'm using alulose because it's zero calorie, I'm putting about a little bit less than a tablespoon I would say, half a tablespoon, okay and then since I have instant I'm going to throw three tablespoons of water into my mixture and just let that dissolve. Again if you're not using instant you should just have three tablespoons of coffee, add some sweetener to it. Next up you are going to put three tablespoons of whatever milk you like, I'm using coconut milk, you can use almond milk, regular milk, whatever you like, why am I telling you this because I already foresee the 400 comments asking me you're telling me I don't like coconut milk, I'm allergic, cool, use any milk that you like, three tablespoons right into the container, am I going to measure it, you guys know I'm not. Next up grab a little pinch of salt, just trust me when I tell you this will enhance the flavor, that is my little pinch of salt right in there. And then a tiny bit of vanilla about half a tablespoon, half a teaspoon, sorry, half a teaspoon. Alright next grab yourself some chia seeds but you know I'm going to give you some fun facts while we do, so chia seeds are high in fiber, they're high in antioxidants, they're high in omega-3s, fun fact about the 10 days before you start your menstrual cycle, ladies you actually need more fiber, this is called your alludial phase if you know anything about your phases, you need more fiber in your alludial phase it helps bind to extra astrogens, androgens it also binds to toxins, micro metals, it helps pull them out of your body, so we love chia seeds. Okay done yapping, you're going to put three tablespoons of chia seeds right into your liquid mixture. And then you're simply just going to mix it all up and then stick it in the fridge for about an hour. Okay next we have to make the top layer of our teramisu, I've got organic Greek yogurt, this is just the correct limb brand, this is the kind I like, use any kind you like. And you're just going to grab three tablespoons in container of choice. Alright, into our yogurt we are going to add one tablespoon of maple syrup, you can use a different sweetener, I personally don't like the granulated sugar like alulose or coconut sugar in here because sometimes it's grainy, it doesn't mix well, you're also going to grab some more vanilla about another half a teaspoon right into your mixture, oh that will weigh more, that's okay we love vanilla, that was really a lot more vanilla, and then you're just going to mix this up and this is where I really consider why I didn't get a bigger container. And then just make sure it's mixed really well, looks like that. Alright, this is about 30 minutes later, I wasn't patient enough but she's still pretty thick and ready to go, and then we are just going to layer because it is teramisu so you're going to take that top layer and pour it on top, the yogurt layer is so good, I literally scraped every single ounce that I could get out of here and then obviously I'm going to make it look aesthetic, going to stop and leave the spoon, and then obviously last up it's not teramisu without cacao powder on top, now I don't have a sifter so this is going to be sketchy but I'm just going to put some of this on top. And that's it guys, high protein, high fiber, healthy teramisu, juicy pudding that actually tastes good, like look at this first bite, oh my god.
