oh my god. Viral Japanese cheesecake trend but let's make it gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, anti-inflammatory-friendly and chocolate. All right so my plan is we're gonna make it in this bowl and then we'll put in the aesthetic glass ones so that you guys can see the layers. Because I already know that's what you guys want to see. Okay starting off with our yoga, I like the Siggies brand again. It is plant-based. It's made out of coconut. I am completely dairy-free. It's a rough life but we prevail. Just gonna throw a good healthy portion of the yoga into the bowl. So one of the things that I'm seeing is most creators are using like flavored yogurts, which if you don't know how a bunch of like preservatives junk stuff that is terrible for your gut lining causes a bunch of inflammation, which is why I'm making the healthier version. Also the other thing I'm noticing is people are getting way out of hand putting like half a jar of biscoff and all this stuff and those yogurts are supposed to be healthier. The theme is make the yogurt taste better and then it actually turns out being over a thousand calories. At that point you should be eating a pint of Ben and Jerry's. But not mine. Okay next ingredient we're gonna add to cow powder because this is gonna be chocolate. If you don't know if a cow powder is a packed with antioxidants it is a super food. There's also a lot of really cool research showing that it helps regenerate stem cells like how cool is that nutrition coach. I always want to educate you guys. I'm gonna put two heaping tablespoons because first of all it's chocolate. It tastes good and it's so good for you. However this is not sweetened. So we're gonna add some sweetener. I'm gonna use maple syrup. I'm gonna put about one tablespoon. Again if you like things super sweet you could add more but again in the name of health. We're trying to make a healthier version so don't over sweeten it. Next up we're gonna do a nice little pinch of salt. This is really gonna help enhance and bring out that chocolate flavor and then I'm gonna throw just a little bit of vanilla. You can use vanilla extract. These are just like dried vanilla beans and then give everything a really good mix and try not to spell stuff like I usually do. I can't be trusted so I literally want to mix this over the sink but here's what we look like basically chocolate pudding. Healthy chocolate pudding. Okay now I grab the aesthetic container and I'm just gonna pour everything in there. I've got a nice even layer and now obviously we need the cookies and for cookies we have got gluten free dairy free refined sugar free chocolate brownie sweet fence. As you can see no bad ingredients and time inflammatory friendly. These seriously smell so good. I've never had the chocolate brownie. Those seriously taste like chocolate teddy grams. They're so good. Okay we're just gonna layer our cookies inside. Okay this is what we're looking like. It's gotta go in the fridge for like eight hours. Okay so I had to run a bunch of errands. It's been like seven hours since I made this. I'm seriously so excited. This looks and smells so good. Okay hold on the chocolate one is so much better than the original cheesecake one. I'm about to eat this whole thing. Well let me know if you guys think I should keep making more flavors. I was thinking about making a matcha. What do you guys think? I feel like I'm only gonna keep getting better and better at making these.
