Gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, caramel apple baked oats that literally tastes so good. You are not even going to know it's healthy. Alright, first, we're going to start with our apple. I literally saved the sticker on my hand because I know this community too well. This is a honey crisp apple because somebody's going to ask me what type of apple it is. Got you covered. And we'll just leave this here for the video. We're going to dice up this apple. I'm going to do it off camera because I'm literally a hazard to myself with sharp things. Okay, as you can see, I chopped it into pretty small pieces. You can also do whatever size you want. This is where you guys are just going to have to trust me. You're going to throw your whole entire apple into your baking loaf. Okay, apple's in there. We're going to grab some cinnamon and we're just going to generously throw that in there. And then we're going to add some sugar. I'm using coconut sugar. You can use maple syrup. You can use any sweetener you like. I am just going to sprinkle some coconut sugar on top of these apples and cinnamon. And then I'm just going to give it a quick little mix, like just to kind of coat everything. Nothing serious. Okay, put that aside because we have to make our mix. All right, into the blender we're going to put two and a half cups of oats, two and a half. One cool cup of egg whites for some protein, a tablespoon of vanilla extract or extra, if you're me. For sweetener I'm using dates. I'm going to put about four to five depending on how big they are. You can put more if you like it sweeter. This is literally like caramel. So this is going to make this like an apple caramel oatmeal bake. It is so good. About half a tablespoon more of cinnamon, half a tablespoon of baking soda, generous pinch of salt, half a cup of nut milk of choice. This is the whole cup so obviously only doing half. And then lid on and blend. It's going to look pretty watery. That's fine. Trust me the oats are going to soak up all of this liquid. You're going to grab your apples and you're just going to pour this on top. This is what we're looking like. I baked this at 380 degrees for 35 minutes, nice and golden brown. And that's it guys. It is packed with fiber. It tastes really good. This is my favorite sweet treat in the fall. I had someone comment on a video recently and say I wish she would cut a slice so we could see it. So this is probably a very bad idea, hang with me. What I think I'm going to do is try to do this and flip it over. This is a bad idea. I just know. But I'm going to try it anyways. And don't say I don't care about you guys because usually I would just leave this. I would cover this with tin foil and I would leave this in the fridge and I would cut out a piece. So the fact that I'm about to do this. Still got the sticker on my hand? Let's test it. Also why didn't I think to just do this with a plate? Sometimes I have really bad ideas. And this is why I don't listen to you guys. I mean it doesn't look bad but... did lose all of this. But also you know what? This is still literally steaming hot from the oven. So probably my fault probably should have waited. But I promise you this is like baked apple pie. Literally tastes so good. Now it just looks ugly.
