12 WAYS I’M USING AI FOR MORE SUCCESSFUL CONFERENCE TRAVEL: 1. Export LinkedIn data (this usually takes about a day). I also use LeadDelta. Huge fan. 2. Pull the conference registrant list, plus sponsors and vendors. Use an agent to get the info OR screen record the site then have Gemini tell me what everything says. 3. Cross-reference my LinkedIn/LeadDelta data with the conference data. Nerd out for too long. 4. Ask AI to give me little snippets on people. 5. Ask AI to flag strong overlaps, shared interests, or strategic reasons to connect. For example, Mine will flag clusters of like 26 people at a company - I can begin building a relationship with the ones who are at the conference and build from there. 6. Choose about 20 people to contact prior to the conference 7. Send a short LinkedIn DM inviting a meet up. Add a LinkedIn voice note with your DM. It almost always makes people happy. 8. SOOO IMPORTANT. AN ANTI AI THING!! DO NOT USE AI TO WRITE YOUR DMs. I PROMISE. I can give you language if helpful 9. Before each meeting, use AI for deep research and likely points of intersection. 10. After each conversation, leave yourself a quick voice note in AI with takeaways and agreed upon next steps. 11. Prompt AI to turn those notes into CRM updates, follow-up messages, and outreach plans. I HAVE THE LITERAL BEST FRAMEWORK FOR THIS. 12. Have your AI push tasks to Notion or whatever so you are reminded to reach back out on a cadence. VOILA! Strategic relationship building to make the most of the conference experience. AI leveled me up so much. #sheleadsai #ai #humancenteredai #womeninai

You don’t have to do everything at once - everything compounds in learnings and productivity and excellence. In fact, I’d do like 3 upgrades at a time. Implemt, love with them, continuously improve. Build out from that core. We’re a bad example as we are changing our whole operating system flint Notion plus Claude. It’s a lil wobbly, but there’s light at the end of the tunnel. I highly recommend spiffing everything when you migrate. Make a file cleaning skill and go to town. #sheleadsai #ai #humancenteredai #womeninai

#stitch with @Erica Hanna I don’t think we’re mad enough. And I also think we have a right to our joy. #sheleadsai #ai #humancenteredai #womeninai

I’m connected thousands of women in AI - mostly peers - but finding other women who are on a similar path as me has been challenging. For one thing, we’re all too darn busy. For another thing, there’s no one right way. We’re all figuring this out at the same time. I learned a life hack from Noelle Russell today (find her on socials - she’s amazing) during our interview for The AI Readiness Project podcast and we discussed this. Watch the vid for the advice! #humancenteredai #sheleadsai #womeninai #aiconsultant
