People love to complain about not having enough leads, but rarely stop to ask themselves what they’ve actually done to earn them. The truth is, leads don’t just appear out of nowhere, they are the result of consistent effort, outreach, and a willingness to do the unglamorous work most people avoid. Too many individuals expect success to be handed to them without putting in the time to prospect, follow up, and refine their approach. In a world where convenience is everywhere, it is easy to fall into the trap of waiting instead of hunting. But success has always favored those who take initiative, stay disciplined, and do the work others are not willing to do.

This guy right here, he's been in in the blue shorts. You got a Facebook account? Yeah, cool. You sold solar before, right? Cool. When you sell, when you say, hey, Mr. and Mrs. Johnson, look, man, I'm just super proud of you guys. Never wouldn't you do the right thing for the environment. And number two, you made a good decision for your family. You guys seem like an amazing couple. You, your husband, your wife. Can we take a picture together? Boom! A couple of pictures. Hey, I've got a Facebook account. You guys are the best couple I've met all year long. You guys are amazing. I would like to make a Facebook post. If I tag you, would you accept it also so that we can also share it on your page to celebrate that we all made this decision today and you guys are getting solar? Would that be OK? I know. Some of you won't catch this today. You may say, Andy, my job is to go sell more people. No. Your job is to find the warm in hot market buyers every freaking day. Do you want to find people at the top of the funnel who don't know anything? Or do you want to find people at the bottom of the funnel that are ready to pull the freaking trigger? You know what I know? People do what their friends do. That's what they freaking do. Oh, social media ain't for me. What? What? Everybody in the world's on their damn phone all day long. What do you mean? You want to just knock on their door and hope they're going to freaking open it one day? There's this thing called likes to leads. It's called comments. And the guy in the blue shorts, he's got a picture with him and the customer, which has got his face next to their face. So now I know who he is. And then the first person that comments, watch, when that post goes up, and then you ever go hunting, what do you do? You look for animals. I'm looking for comments, dude. I will post. I will go back in three hours. And I'm like, hey, we'll get these two little comments. This guy says, hey, that is so awesome. Congratulations. What do I do? Like it? Click on his profile. Click the message button. Woo! Pulls his phone out. Names John. Hey, John, what's going on? It's Andy. Hey, I just saw that you like Joanne's social media post that she put up. Dude, I just want to put a name with the face. That was me. I did that. I took care of them. They're amazing. They're going to save a lot of money. A lot. Listen, can you do me a favor? Can you reply to this? Where do you live, what country? And what state are-- I'm looking at your profile. It says you're here. Let me know where you're at. I would love to talk to you for two minutes. Right now, the things that they're doing, this is basically free. Then all of a sudden, boom! Guy says, sure, send me the information. Oh, my goodness. Hunting. Some of you in here, you're like, I'm making better money than I've ever made. You still suck, and you're making money. Imagine if you paid attention and woke up.
