I've never told anyone this before but I got the job that I'm currently at right now through networking on LinkedIn. Here are some networking tips that you can do immediately. Welcome back to part four of F. what you know about the job hunt. Hi, I'm Nali and I'm spelling the tea and what recruiters are looking for so that you can get hired in 2025. First you want to search for hiring managers, recruiters and industry leaders at your target companies. Follow them first because later on LinkedIn will start showing you relevant people to connect with. Don't look anywhere else. Here's a list of all the recruiters at my company that you can follow. They're always posting jobs and open roles so the more you follow the more opportunities will show on your LinkedIn feed. LinkedIn boosts content from people you interact with, which means you want to be commenting, engaging on posts from experts in your industry. This will increase your LinkedIn visibility and puts you on the radar before you connect. Now when you do send a request, make it personal.
