hey it's engine because today i'm going to show you how to make a copycat version of starbucks pink drink at home and yes this one has caffeine in it let's get started you're going to need these two things this is the crystal light drink powder with caffeine wild strawberry and the starburst strawberry drink mix no caffeine i actually found this one at the dollar tree and i found this which is a peak h2o wild strawberry with energy so i feel like that to do i wonder if i could get everything to make this at the dollar tree i'm gonna have to try that but you're gonna start with three to four cups of water just depends on how strong you want it and you're going to put in two packets of each so two packets of the starbursts and two packets of the strawberry do you ever pour a really powdery drink powder and like you can taste it or is that just me and we're going to stir this up and put it all dissolved i'm not going to use this whole thing you can keep this in the fridge and make pink drinks whenever you want we're at three cups right now so we're going to add about a quarter of a cup of white grape juice into here about a quarter cup to a half cup you can play around with this and find exactly what you like should look something like this now we're ready to make the drink i'm going to shake mine in a jar and you really want to use freeze dried strawberries but i barely have any left in here and i need this for another recipe so i'm going to use fresh strawberries just thinly sliced some ice and we're going to do one cup of this base again you can play around with the ratios and find what you like one cup and then we're going to do one cup of coconut milk this is the silk coconut 50% more calcium original put your lid on i get a lot of questions about how i got these jars with these lids i just buy the jars and then buy the lid separate i'm going to shake it really well and it should look something like that and you're done of course we got to try it well there you go that's how you make a copycat version of starbucks pink drink at home caffeinated and it tastes just like it. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth, adding small amounts of flour if needed (only if it’s sticking everywhere and not manageable) 5. Form into a ball and oil your original bowl then place the dough ball into the bowl, flipping it to coat all sides. Cover with a towel or plastic wrap and let rise until doubled, about 1-2 hrs 6. Once risen, do not punch down.  7. Preheat oven to 450°F 8. Turn out dough onto a CLEAN surface (no flour) and using a knife or pizza cutter, cut small slug shaped portions of dough off the big dough ball 9. Roll into LONG snakes. Way longer than you think. Grab each end and cross them to make an “X”. Cross one more time to make a twist then stick the ends down to form your pretzel (my video is helpful for this part!) 10. In a separate pie plate or similar dish, mix some water and baking soda together to form your “bath” take each pretzel and quickly dip into the baking soda mixture and place onto a parchment lined baking sheet 11. Brush each pretzel with egg wash, then immediately sprinkle with pretzel salt (or coarse sea salt) and bake for 10 minutes until golden  For making ahead or freezing: Do not salt extra pretzels. The salt will eventually “melt” in. Bake pretzels with egg wash then later, moisten pretzels and salt before microwaving or toasting.  For freezing: follow same instructions but place in freezer bag. When you want one, remove from plastic, rinse under the tap BRIEFLY and salt (the water helps it stick) place on microwave safe plate and heat for 45 seconds.
