If you want to be seen as the authority within your space, like the go-to content creator for whatever it is you post by whatever niche you're in, here's some tips that you can use backed by psychology and human behavior. And if you don't know me, my name is Lana. I run the content club. This is my very successful TikTok growth course in online community. It has over 3,000 members in there, creators, small businesses, doing and seeing things with their content. And I teach a lot of these tactics in the content club. And these are things that I use every single day on my account as well. A lot of people believe that popularity equals authority. If you have the most followers, if you get the most views, that makes you the authority within your space. Not true in the slightest. It's trust that breeds authority. For example, I know that there are a lot of other like content coaches, TikTok coaches, TikTok gurus right there that maybe have more followers than me, but I know they don't have as many people in their community. I know they don't have as many customers because I have spent more time building authority than I have spent building popularity. This means that if you really put emphasis on authority, it doesn't mean that you have to grow a massive following before you're able to start monetizing and having success with your account. So the first thing you need to do is you need to believe that you are actually the best at what you do because all of these other things that I'm about to teach you are going to be really difficult to implement if you don't have that self-belief. Once you have that confidence or maybe that arrogance nailed down, one of the easiest things you can do is take a counter stance. If you look at some of the most popular beliefs within your space, within your niche and challenge those in your content, this will make you look like a leader because leaders do not think in the same way as everybody else. If you're doing any kind of educational content, share the why rather than the high or the what. If you can explain theories, that's going to make it look like you understand the fundamentals of whatever it is that you're talking about. So if you're a fitness creator, it's doing videos on why the metabolism slows down when you over-restrict in your diet. So I think you can do this kind of tricky, but it's really effective is to create your own frameworks and name them. If you're a member of the content club, you will know that I have a lot of my own processes, frameworks that I have named, like my magnet content method, my content clustering technique, my four creator archetypes. Doing this makes it look like you're an original thinker and not just knowledgeable about what it is you talk about. And it helps you become known for those things. Maybe the most important thing to do is show the receipts, show the proof of the work that you do. Do client stories, testimonials, key studies, all of that actually show evidence of your work. Give very clear examples. Make your morals and your values and your opinions very, very clear. And this helps you stand out and be seen as a leader because you're not thinking in the same way as everybody else. You're not afraid to really say what you think and articulate that well. And try and work on having some like catch phrases or signature freezing that people come to remember you for and don't be afraid to repeat them over and over again so they go into people's brains. Use those techniques and if you want to know more about how to create really good content that actually gets results, join the content club. That is where you need to be. If you want to send me a DM and I will give you a discount code.
