Stop making your dreams so basic. You keep creating goals that are tied to your current reality. Every plan for your future is too small. You are being too realistic. Nothing that seems possible is worth your time. When you envision your future life it should be so wildly disconnected from your current reality that it inspires action. Only crazy insane unrealistic goals will inspire you to take action. All those watered down ideas you have are based on expectations. The world “expects” you to follow a certain path and you comply. You don’t have to. Anything you’re “supposed” to do is utter bullshit. At the end of your life you will never regret the risks you took, only the opportunities you missed. #creatorsearchinsights

Here's something I don't understand. Everyone ties their future goals and their future plans to their existing life. Everyone looks at it as if it's a line and it's like, "Oh, okay, here's where I currently am. I want to go here and that's the trajectory that they're going to go on this straight line." But everything is tied to where you are, your starting point. And I don't believe that that's true. Your happiness is not contingent on where you're starting. And just because your actual version of happiness is some crazy thing on some other map and some other, in some other country, really far away from your current life does not make it any less valid. If you're looking at your happiness as something that you have to achieve based on the starting point that you are, I just don't think you are. You will ever find the happiness that you deserve. You deserve to have such crazy happiness that a person like you in the starting point that you have could not even fathom the life that you're going to have. Could not even put it on paper into words because it's so crazy and so out and left field that nobody would believe you, nobody would take you seriously, nobody would even bother listening to you because it's too crazy. That's the kind of life that I'm teaching people to live out of the country, unplug from your entire starting point and just do something totally different. Did I think six years ago that I was going to be living in multiple countries, on multiple continents, with my two kids, absolutely not? That's not what moms are supposed to do. Parents are supposed to make their kids have this stable, picturesque life in the suburbs. That's what I built. I built the white picket fence. I literally painted my fence white because I wanted to give my kids the picturesque childhood, all the things that childhood dreams are made of. In tell, I realized that that was actually a nightmare. Then I realized this starting point that I was at was not at all related to the life I wanted to live. Fast forward five years later, and this dream life is 20 countries of travel for my children and an international lifestyle that I would not have ever believed that a person like me could have achieved. That's happiness. Happiness is getting the life that has no relation to where you began. Think bigger, think bigger, and find the people who will actually come along on that journey with you instead of telling you, "No, no, stay here at this starting point with me."

I could spend all day telling you reasons to leave the United States. But, there is one reason that stands above all else. No amount of economic opportunity, vibes, or familiarity could ever outweigh the gun problem. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Reasons to leave your country are real. Medical debt. Infant mortality. Educational outcomes. Toxic food. Predatory companies. Racism. Sexism. Pollution. No protected time off. You get one life. Choose the country that treats you well. You do not owe your zip code your future. Drop the reason you want to leave in the comments. 🆘🇺🇸 #creatorsearchinsights

Take back your power and make active life choices. You only have 3 options in this current political climate. The first two options “feel” like action because you are doing things. But, neither of those options put you in control of the outcome. Only option 3 gives you complete control over both the choice and the outcome. Learning how to choose your life path instead of letting life happen to you is the key to happiness. Leaving the United States of America was the best choice my family ever made. I don’t have the answers but I am one-thousand percent confident America isn’t the answer. Moving abroad has put us onto a new life path we never considered before Trump’s America. 🆘🇺🇸 #creatorsearchinsights

I used to think about freedom a lot. It felt like I was always having to fight for my freedom and the freedom of others. One day it dawned on me, that if I was free I wouldn’t have to spend my time protesting, advocating, and donating. American’s are taught to believe ‘freedom isn’t free.’ But, I now realize, that is just propaganda. True freedom is being able to send your kids to school without the possibility of them being shot. True freedom is being able to love who you want to love and marry who you want to marry. True freedom is having complete control over your own body as long as it doesn’t affect other people. True freedom is having access to accurate and truthful information instead of indoctrination. There are hundreds of freedoms that exist internationally that Americans do not have. Stop blindly believing you have freedom while at the same time needing to constantly fight for it. #creatorsearchinsights

I did not take the decision to leave the United States lightly. My kids and I were out at protests and political rallies all summer in 2020. And then it hit me. I had been politically active since for 20 years. Mayoral campaigns in Seattle. Rock the vote events for Ben & Jerry’s. Door to door registration for Kerry. President of VOX for Planned Parenthood on my college campus. Phone banked for Obama. Donations to Bernie and Yang. I fought the good fight for the majority of my life. Nothing changed because I protested or volunteered or gave money. In fact, things had gotten worse in meaningful ways. One day I realized that fighting mentally was not what I wanted for my daughter’s. The United States is crumbling and even if it eventually turns around, I am not willing to waste more years on getting back to where we started. What do you think of my visualization on how I imagine America today? #creatorsearchinsights
