In the absence of finding the “perfect” country, Americans are tolerating one of the worst countries. People are always reaching out to tell me they “would” move out of the United States if only some set of impossible criteria were met. Those people want the accolades for being willing to consider making a big exciting change, without actually doing a damn thing. Let me just save you some time. No country is perfect. But, that doesn’t mean there aren’t a lot of safer, healthier, happier, more progressive countries out there that would be wonderful new homes. Stop letting your current circumstances be held to no standard and your potential new home be held to impossible standards. Every country I talk about on my channel is a clear upgrade from living in America. Leaving America is the only logical option. 🆘🇺🇸 #creatorsearchinsights

Here's something that people never talk about when it comes to leaving America. And that is that those people that are on the fence about leaving are on the fence because they are putting the new destination on some sort of pedestal and holding it to a higher standard than where they currently live. As people are doing their research and falling down every rabbit hole, they are thinking that they are going to move to some place that is the epitome of perfect. And anyone who has moved abroad will tell you that the new place that you go is not going to be perfect. It can be better, but nowhere is perfect. Because if there was a perfect place, everybody would move there. There's going to be places that are more suited to you. There's going to be places where you have a better standard of living. There's going to be places that are easier to get to. There's going to be places with better weather. There's all these different factors that go into picking the new place. One thing I see a lot is that people want to hold the new place to this high standard and have these huge expectations, whereas they're willing to settle with where they currently live as the alternative. And where they currently live doesn't meet any of the qualifications that they're setting for the new place. It's absolutely not safe for your children to go to school there. The environment is going to shit. The cost of living is terrible. The racism is on the rise. All of the things that you would not want in the new country, you're just settling with in the place that you're currently at because you're unwilling to make a move. You're unwilling to take action. So I find that to be a weird, double standard that you have all these requirements for the new place, but none of the requirements are filled by the place that you currently live. And yet, you settle with that, you deal with that, you manage there, I wish more people who were thinking about moving abroad would get out of law, law, land and start thinking more practically and saying, listen, this is a huge upgrade from where we currently are and we can be happy about that huge upgrade as opposed to pretending like the starting point doesn't matter that the terrible situation that they're in is survivable, but this much better situation is not good enough. It's definitely good enough. It's definitely better than the current situation in the United States and leaving America shouldn't be the last ditch effort as the world is crumbling. It should be something that you do because you realize it's already on the decline and there are much better places out there. The reason that I know that there are much better places out there is because five years ago, I made the decision to leave America and we have now lived on three continents and all of the places that we have lived have been better than the United States. They've been safer, they've been more comfortable, they've been cleaner, calmer, happier in general. Nearly all of the places that you can choose are going to be better than your current situation that you're not taking into account your current situation, you're putting too many expectations on the new place instead of expecting that new place to be perfect, just know that it's going to be better.

Your day job are the golden handcuffs preventing you from living a life of freedom. Corporations know that paying you just enough is the key to keeping you stuck. If they give you too much economic power then of course you would leave. You keep pretending that things will be different after….. some imaginary or impossible thing. Nothing will ever be different if you don’t break the cycle. I hope this helps you understand how to escape your 9 to 5. Your life right now is HARD. Changing it will be hard too. But, after you change it, life will get easier. That’s the key difference. You can stay in the hard life forever by not changing, or you can improve the future by doing the things you have never done before. 🆘🇺🇸 #creatorsearchinsights

The value of money is very different than the dollar amount. $8 in America will get you a cup of Starbucks coffee whereas it might get you an entire meal including drink and dessert in another country. You imagine rent to be $2,000 but people in other countries might be paying only $200 for a similar size apartment. It’s really hard for Americans to wrap their minds around $30 dental cleanings, $250 full-time domestic help, and $7 cell phone bills. If your world shifted so the salary you get paid could give you luxury, abundance, and calm - then you wouldn’t feel overworked anymore. You only feel overworked because that paycheck isn’t giving you a desirable lifestyle. Even people who get paid “a LOT” can feel overworked because they have created a life that isn’t fun, relaxed or purposeful. Moving abroad gives you the opportunity to curate and design your life. 🆘🇺🇸 #creatorsearchinsights
