It is entirely logical to move to another country if you are an American person of color. There is nothing you can do to control the actions of crazy racists who are using any means necessary to spread hate. You can be an amazing person, do everything right, and believe America is the greatest place on earth - yet still end up on the receiving end of hate. If you are a person of color on the brink of retirement, it’s time to consider the concept of moving abroad. Your retirement years should be chill and safe. Plus, the added bonus to moving abroad is that your American dollars will stretch farther in a lot of these countries. Your quality of life will improve as you enjoy the safety and lower cost of living as an American retiree. 🆘🇺🇸 #creatorsearchinsights

Not every country is friendly to black and brown people. If you live in the United States, you know that. You feel that. And the data supports that as well. The Othering and Belonging Institute at Berkeley University ranks the United States as 138 in terms of racial inclusiveness. That's everything from the laws that we have to the actual public sentiment towards people of other races. So it's no wonder that people of color are looking for a way out of the United States and trying to figure out how they can escape, especially in their retirement years. You put in all this work and you're like, "I don't want to retire in a country that hates me, totally understandable." That's why I went through the entire list of countries that are ranked ahead of the United States in terms of inclusiveness and found the countries that have retirement visas, allowing you to dip out of America and go enjoy your retirement somewhere where they're not so mean to you. If we haven't met yet, I'm Veronica. And five years ago, I took my family out of the United States for good. We've lived on three different continents and now I have found my mission in helping other Americans find countries that they can escape to. More and more people have been reaching out to me saying they just do not feel safe, staying in the United States. But there are actually 28 countries ranked above the United States in terms of racial inclusiveness that allow you to go retire. And those countries are Argentina, Austria, Belize, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, France, Greece, Honduras, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, the Philippines, Portugal, Spain, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Thailand, Uruguay, and Venezuela. Any of those countries would be happy to have you and they are all going to accept you much more than the United States does. You do not have to spend your last good years in retirement finding for basic human rights. You can leave the United States and find a country where they are not so hateful. And this is backed by the data at Berkeley University.

Replying to @seraphina.shop You may not realize this, but you have over 300,000 items in your home. Selling everything in your house is a great way to build your move abroad fund. When we left the country all our stuff for a family of 4 fit into 8 suitcases. In my minimalism e-course I teach you how to solve the underlying reasons why you accumulate stuff to begin with. Once you get rid of your stuff you are able to leave with money in your pocket and no stress about your possessions. Minimalism actually allowed us to turn our house into an Airbnb which is one of our main funding sources of our life abroad. 🆘🇺🇸

Everywhere you live has trade offs. In the U.S. you sacrifice safety for economic opportunity. For our family, we weren’t willing to live with that risk. Moving across the world gave us a sense of calm and freedom that is worth the loss of income potential. No amount of money could ever make up for the possibility that our kid could be gunned down at school in America. I don’t let parents pretend to be ignorant to the reality of gun violence in schools. You can’t just pretend you don’t realize that’s a possibility everyday you send your kids to school. Either admit you are wiling to take the risk or do something about it. The something we did was to move abroad where school shootings don’t happen. 🆘🇺🇸 #creatorsearchinsights

You don’t owe anyone an explanation for why you want to leave the United States. Whatever your reasons are for wanting to move to another country, they are enough. All the data supports your idea that leaving is best. Your mental health, your safety, and your future self all deserve to get out. I ran away from America five years ago and it was the best decision of our lives. We are all happier because we left. 🆘🇺🇸 #creatorsearchinsights

Replying to @justjaimie123 Saying you can’t leave the country because of money is your cover story. There is something deeper happening. You haven’t let your heart accept that leaving is what you really want. When someone wants something badly enough and they let themselves feel that, solutions will come. People make things happen if they want the bad enough. You will have to do things you have never done to go places you have never gone. If money was the only obstacle, you would have figured out how to get it by now. 🆘🇺🇸
