Replying to @ivansavii2 Anyone who tries to downplay the advantages of leaving America has an ulterior motive. There are no redeeming qualities about staying in the United States. In every way that matters America is behind. There are no freedoms that are worth the price of kids getting shot at schools. You have less rights today than you did when you were born and those rights are continuing to erode quickly. Don’t keep changing the goal post of how much you will tolerate from an authoritarian regime before you leave. I strongly believe you deserve safety, happiness, and freedom. If you believe that too, then it’s time to leave. 🆘🇺🇸

It's pretty sad that basic requests like these are impossible to fulfill within the United States. And instead, you have to move abroad in order to get these things like a walkable city and health care. And I've actually lived in a walkable city. It really changes your life, not needing a car, changes how you behave on a daily basis. It changes how you grocery shop, it changes how you make plans, it changes what you're doing for dinner, living in a walkable city changes everything about your daily life. You make plans differently. You have a different lifestyle because everything is focused around your neighborhood and going to your local restaurants and grocery shopping more often. It's totally a different lifestyle being able to just live within your neighborhood. And of course having access to health care without it being tied to your job is basically a basic human right everywhere else on the planet, except for America. So unfortunately no go there, but I'm going to take a step further. I'm going to assume that you don't just want a walkable city. You want a walkable city that you can walk around with without fear of being shot. Because we all know that shootings happen out in public all the time. Out at the mall, at a concert, in church, in your kids' schools, all the places that you would like to walk to and from but are not safe to do in America. And of course on top of the most basic requests that you have, if you were to move abroad, you're going to get tons of things on top of that as a bonus. You're going to have a better cost of living. You're going to be able to interact with happier people. You're going to have a better lifestyle. You're going to have less toxins in your food. You're going to have cleaner air. Everything about moving abroad is an upgrade from what you currently have in the United States. And I totally get the sentiment of, I just want these basic things. Moving abroad will get you that and so much more. If you're new here, I'm Veronica and I'm an exit plan consultant. I help Americans figure out their game plan for leaving the United States, which my family of four did five years ago. We left not realizing it was going to be a forever plan, but the more we stayed abroad, the more we realized we could never go back to that chaos. We enjoyed spending a year in the Caribbean, two and a half years in Asia, and now a year and a half over here in Europe. I help you figure out which countries will take you so that you can leave that mess behind.

Replying to @seraphina.shop You may not realize this, but you have over 300,000 items in your home. Selling everything in your house is a great way to build your move abroad fund. When we left the country all our stuff for a family of 4 fit into 8 suitcases. In my minimalism e-course I teach you how to solve the underlying reasons why you accumulate stuff to begin with. Once you get rid of your stuff you are able to leave with money in your pocket and no stress about your possessions. Minimalism actually allowed us to turn our house into an Airbnb which is one of our main funding sources of our life abroad. 🆘🇺🇸

Everywhere you live has trade offs. In the U.S. you sacrifice safety for economic opportunity. For our family, we weren’t willing to live with that risk. Moving across the world gave us a sense of calm and freedom that is worth the loss of income potential. No amount of money could ever make up for the possibility that our kid could be gunned down at school in America. I don’t let parents pretend to be ignorant to the reality of gun violence in schools. You can’t just pretend you don’t realize that’s a possibility everyday you send your kids to school. Either admit you are wiling to take the risk or do something about it. The something we did was to move abroad where school shootings don’t happen. 🆘🇺🇸 #creatorsearchinsights

You don’t owe anyone an explanation for why you want to leave the United States. Whatever your reasons are for wanting to move to another country, they are enough. All the data supports your idea that leaving is best. Your mental health, your safety, and your future self all deserve to get out. I ran away from America five years ago and it was the best decision of our lives. We are all happier because we left. 🆘🇺🇸 #creatorsearchinsights

Replying to @justjaimie123 Saying you can’t leave the country because of money is your cover story. There is something deeper happening. You haven’t let your heart accept that leaving is what you really want. When someone wants something badly enough and they let themselves feel that, solutions will come. People make things happen if they want the bad enough. You will have to do things you have never done to go places you have never gone. If money was the only obstacle, you would have figured out how to get it by now. 🆘🇺🇸
