If you follow my account, I really need you to watch this video because I don't want what has happened to happen to anybody else. So if you follow me, you may have noticed that there are a lot of accounts impersonating me, like copycat accounts that are cloning my profile, taking all my content. And these accounts are messaging some of my followers, people who indirect with my content, you might have even got a message from one of them. And then they're trying to solicit money from people. And they have almost scammed a lot of people and they have successfully scammed a couple of people. And I have tried to stop this. I have tried to report these accounts, open support tickets, TikTok will do nothing about it. They keep saying that no violation has been fined, even though it's clearly a copycat account. So I wanted to make this video, to first of all let you know this is my only account. I have no other accounts. This is the only one. And I'm going to let you know how you can tell if you do get a message from one of these accounts, how to know if it is really me or not me. Okay, first of all, my username is lanna dot k dot social. That is my only username. No extra characters. I don't have a backup account, my only account. Number two, I'm going to pin this post to the top of my profile. So if this post about these scam accounts is not at the top of the profile, it's not mine. The next thing is on my account, when you look at my profile, you will see subscriber only videos. These clone accounts can't take those videos, they are not all news accounts. And next most importantly, I will never message it out of the blue. I will never just like send you around a message saying like, I hope you're enjoying my content, or like, do you want to grow on TikTok? I will not do that. First of all, I don't have the time to be doing that. I will never try a movie on to like another app, like WhatsApp or like Telegram. I will never do that. I will also never, ever, ever ask you for money. I will never do that. Obviously, I have my own like products and services to help people grow on TikTok, but I'm never going to push you to sign up or join those, like do that of your own accord, of your own free will. I might also start watermarking my videos, which is really annoying to have to do, but if that helps, I will do it. If you can think of anything else that would help with this, please let me know. I am all ears, but I would really appreciate even if you could comment on this video, share this video, because I have mentioned the words like scam, soliciting money, fraud, TikTok might suppress this video. So if you could help me share it, I would really appreciate that, because people have actually been scammed. They have sent money to these accounts, and I don't want it happening anymore.
