Okay, so if I was desperately looking for a job and I need a job in like a week like so desperately like I need money, right? Yes, what I would do and why should you listen to me? I've done this thing before. It's tested. It works like it works like magic And I just right now I'm about to share with you my secret. So you better listen So right now, I am assuming you already have this case You know what you're doing basically? You just need a job like desperate like you need a job like yesterday So yes, what I would do I will go and link and I will use LinkedIn for my job search But I wouldn't do it directly away. So I would not go to LinkedIn jobs because I feel like it's always saturated I wouldn't go there. I will use something called the bullying search. Last year when I did a day job desperately I met somebody that actually told me about this bullying set and I got an interview. I landed that interview in 24 hours So the bullying search is when you use strings like aunt or or to search for something So basically, let's say I'm looking for a concern market manager rule. What I would do is I would do concern manager Approach trophy. It's got push to feel all like you know, whatever it is and I would use aunt Remote and iron then I would set the stuff to 24 hours. I'm going to show you guys how it works right now So you guys can see it and then you can see everybody that's talking about I am in a container manager Within 24 hours and then you comment you contact them instantly like that is how you like instead of When you are applying for job that 20 people have applied for you can be like the first person to apply for that job We give you like an edge. The second thing I would do which I think works the most. This is the proactive ways I would actually look for a company. I will go to product on Everything I'm showing you guys my secrets. I'll go to product on And I will look at companies right look at companies that follow you in my niche I basically I work for like digital adoption platforms. I work for them Develops forever. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, like that. I'll go to product on that look for companies Right and look at the website and look at something that is missing Right and just pitch the CEO or pitch the co-founder or pitch the end of marketing I would do that. I've done that before so many times and it has landed me like interviews Sometimes they even I am maybe before they even like even you know when you don't even like you need somebody But because of how great the cousins pitch was you just I am and let me just say this as a disclaimer here This things I'm saying it's so easy to say in words that it says to you and that is why I always Prish for you guys to have an accountability partner somebody that you guys can do the stuff together Right because it's so easy so easy to say but it's not that easy to do So basically what I've done me and my team is like we've created a group It's called career and growth orb where you can you know meet with other people Connect and you can have accountability partners So what we are doing this month is we are starting we are restarting like the 30 days to 1k challenge I don't know if you guys are following you know as 30 something called 30 days to 1k challenge And you see these two things I mentioned your boiling search and everything is also going to pay part of the challenge So every day we are going to be sharing tasks that people have to do, right? You guys we do it you show you you know show us who say okay, you've done your stuff Basically, I'm going to have like our accountability partners And another one thing we are doing is we are going to be having a google mix every Monday So everybody's going to be on that google meet and we are going to be working together Like this is going to it's going to have the feel of working near somebody You see that ginger when I seen every other person working you are also working nobody's going to talk We're all going to meet our mics, but we're all going to be working like we are all going to be working on that Google meet during this time so like you can see everybody out there doing as they are working And it's just going to give you that ginger to work So yes, I know this game idea the group is not free. It's not free at all But it is very hard for the group okay And we have about several members on the group right now Which is very shocking because almost 200 people feel the phone buys on my bio to join the group And we sense 200 people emails right and only seven people turned up which is really really underwhelming So really you guys if you know you are not interested if you know you are not interested in the group in any way Please don't feel the form because it takes to work and effort sending you guys the email You understand I'm trying to say so if you know that you are not you know interested Please don't even bother But if you're interested the link is in my bio you know paying for it feel the form And you enter the group I can't wait to see you guys there And let me know if you use those two of my methods in the beginning if you work for you Bye loves
