Never be ashamed of being a lazy Black Friday shopper. I’m curating the best lazy creator deals I can see on @amazon. Plenty of deals from @Sonos @lexarmemory @Sony @AnkerOfficial @ugreen us official

If you're a creator, I know you're wasting money on Black Friday, so let me make it easier on you. If you make content, you gotta have a phone tripod. They're just so cheap, you're losing money, not getting one. I just picked up another one so I could have one downstairs, one upstairs. And I'm usually going to recommend less gear, you won't see $1,000 cameras and lighting equipment on this list. But this kind of crap is actually super handy if you want to shoot video at the jammer in your garage. Wireless mics, you can plug straight into your phone. Holy lands got a good deal. And these mic minis are dirt cheap, super small, great audio. Throw 'em in the bag. If you've been looking at headphones, the new Sony XM6s are on sale for the first time that I've seen. Everyone loved the XM5s, but also this might be controversial, but I really love the Sonos Ace headphones. They've been going through it with an app update and tons of glitches and trying to gain back their customer trust. But the new CEO has largely done that. My wife has a pair and I love them. I just picked up a pair myself because you can't get this kind of deal on the XM6s. I think they feel more premium. All right, you're a creator, you need lighting. I got a great deal for you. Can't be an influencer without a ring light. My thing with lighting is if you don't know what you're doing, get the cheap ring light. Light is light, you can fuse light with parchment or wax paper from your kitchen. Start cheap and figure out what you like later. Black Friday is the best time of year to stock up in SD cards. I'm not seeing a ton of deals, mostly from Lexar. I definitely link anything else I find. If you've been thinking about investing in NAS, U-Greens, got some great deals. I rock Synology, but a lot of people recommend U-Greens. Now would be the time to pull the trigger. If I find anything else good, I'll add it to my Amazon storefront.

But also don’t get me started on the Pantone monopoly… Thanks @Zachary Winterton for sparking this one for me 🎨

The pink vs green art direction in Wicked is genius. - It represents the moral question of the film. - it forces audiences to choose sides, even when buying merch. CTA!! - it’s a scalable visual device that bridges languages globally. - and super simple to execute across mediums and channels for the hundreds of marketing partners that participated And the way our associations with those colors have changed over time makes the meaning even richer. Good isn’t always good. Wicked isn’t always wicked. What else have noticed about the art direction of @Wicked: For Good? @Universal Pictures #wickedforgood #artdirection

I’m realizing this conversation around AI is unavoidable, but is often either blind hype or total fear. No nuance. So I'd love to hear your thoughts: Where should AI belong in the creative process? Is it just another tool in the workflow… or is there a point where it crosses into territory that should stay human? I don’t want hot takes. I want real opinions. If you work in design, production, post-production, or anything from concept to creation, what’s the line you personally won’t cross? I’ll be in the comments with you. And yes, the humans at Adobe really are listening. #AdobePartner

Late night creative thoughts trying to articulate to myself what I value. Words are just words but they can really shift our perception. So I enjoy the process of interrogating the language we use, especially the definitions that represent creative principles. What do you think? Is your creative taste and your eye the same thing? Is one better?
