Anybody can get to 10,000 followers by creating good content consistently, but if you want to get to like 100,000 followers and beyond, you need to figure out your winning content formula. And every creator has a winning content formula, and once you figure out what this is, that's when your account explodes. I have seen so many members of my community shoot up past 100,000 followers by figuring this out. Most creators get stuck because you're following advice and you're following strategies that aren't meant for you. There is no one-size-fits-all strategy that works for absolutely everybody. We all have different strengths. For example, if you're copying people who are really good at talking to camera videos, but your strength is actually storytelling voiceovers, you're not going to grow. If you're copying people who are really good at giving advice, but actually your strength is an entertainment, you're not going to grow. So that's why you need to figure out what your winning content formula is, and this is made up of three things, your value, your strength, and your format. So first of all, we have your value, and this is what people are getting from your content. Are you educating people? Are they inspired by you? Are you making them laugh? Are you making them feel sane and validated? The key with figuring out your value is not just looking at what you're posting, you're looking at what people are reacting to and how they are responding. And you can figure this out even if you have a really small following, and if you're not getting a ton of engagement, this is when I teach you how to figure out inside the content club. Then we need to figure out what your strength is. This is the type of content you're good at that you enjoy the most and people have the biggest reaction to. It might be storytelling, it might be advice, it might be opinions, it might be funny content, it might be really high production editing. And finally, we need to look at format. What format is your content best delivered in to suit you and your audience? So it could be talking directly to camera, low production value, it could be talking to camera really high editing. It could be carousel posts, photo carousels, it could be b-roll with text on the screen. Everybody has different strengths and different audiences respond to content differently. But once you figure out what that formula is, you can just rinse and repeat that over and over and over again. You don't have to reinvent the way every single time you create content and your growth is basically guaranteed.
