How to make people NEED more of your content

How do you make people need to follow you? How do you make your content so irresistible that people are heading the follow button before they've even finished watching your video? I'm gonna give you three of my most powerful tips for making this happen. First thing is something everybody can do right away. The second thing is a little bit harder to pull off and the third thing is by far the most effective. So the first thing you can do, and this is one of my favorite things, is to create an unfinished promise in your content. If somebody is watching one of your videos right now, it's come up on their feed and they're like, wow, that's a really good video. If they believe it's part of a wider content ecosystem, that there's more of where that came from, they're gonna be more likely to follow. I do daily content ideas on my account, and in those videos I say the words, I do these videos every single day. So if people like that content, I'm setting an expectation of what they're going to get from me long term. Second thing you can do a little bit harder is to create novelty in your content. If people believe they're getting something from you that they can't get anywhere else, they will follow you. So this could be education. Maybe you're teaching people things they haven't heard before, but it could be a perspective shift, it could be a different opinion, it could be a new way of telling stories, it could be an experience that they've never heard before. And then the third thing is to make your value really actionable. When you're giving people tips or advice or recommendations, you want to really shorten the gap between you giving them that tip and how long it's gonna take them to implement. If you recommend a product that somebody can go and purchase immediately, they're going to see you as a valuable resource, somebody who's useful. So instead of making your content really dense with information, give people quick tips that they can actually use. And when they get results, they're gonna be like, oh, that person is very helpful.
