Here's my favorite little brain hack for stopping anxiety fast. Cover your left eye or close it and look up and take long, slow, deep breaths through your belly. Do this for like 30 seconds and you will short circuit anxiety. Doing this turns off the part of your brain that processes distress and anxiety. And it turns on the part of your brain that engages your imagination looking for solution. So if you're feeling anxiety or distress, try this little hack. I use this multiple times a day, just to re-center myself and keep myself in the solutions frame of mine.
