You’re not angry. You’re running an anger algorithm in your brain. Neuroscience shows your brain constantly runs three major networks: • Salience network — decides what matters • Default mode network — loops your life story • Dopamine reward circuit — decides what’s worth chasing When you rehearse resentment, all three light up. Your brain goes: “This matters.” “Remember this.” “Find more of this.” That’s how emotional patterns get reinforced. The flip? Dopamine reward cycling. Deliberately giving your brain small, clean hits of appreciation so it rewires what it scans for. Safety. Wins. Support. Stability. Three minutes. Name it. Feel it. Repeat. Here's a neuroscience trick to stop being so pissed off. You're going to love it. It's going to hook you up with your own authenticity in a way that will feel totally new. If you're new here, I'm Michael. I help you master your energy so you can upspiral your life. If you're into that, follow me and click the link in my bio. So you are not angry. You're running an anger algorithm in your brain. You're like, "What? I got a brain algorithm?" Yeah, kind of, because in some ways your brain works just like an algorithm on social media. You know, whatever you engage with, your brain, the algorithm in your brain sends you more of it. So practice annoyance, get more annoyance, replay resentment, get more resentment. That's how your brain works. It's neuroscience. And your brain is running three big networks all day long. The brain uses the salience network to decide what matters. It uses the default mode network to loop stories about you, the film loops of your life. And it uses the dopamine reward circuit to decide what feels worth chasing. And when you're pissed off, all three of those networks light up. Your brain goes, "Oh, this matters." Let's remember more of this. And let's go look for more. Congratulations. You just trained the anger algorithm inside your brain. Here's how you flip it. It's not through fake positivity or affirmations in the mirror. It's a neuroscience trick called intentional dopamine cycling. You intentionally give your brain small hits of reward for things that are already good in your life. Because when you do that, your dopamine system starts rewiring what it's looking for. It starts scanning for things to celebrate instead of things to be pissed off about. Here's what you do. Take out your phone set a timer for one minute. Then out loud or under your breath start naming things that you already have in your life that you love and appreciate and why you love and appreciate them. For example, my coffee this morning was perfect. And pause, then feel that little nugget of appreciation. There, that's dopamine. And move on to the next thing. Big small, it doesn't matter. Name it, pause, and feel the appreciation. And deliver the hit of dopamine to your brain. The timer goes off after one minute, set it again and do three rounds. That's three minutes total. And what just happened? You activated your reward circuit without needing drama and intensity to do it. You taught your salience network, this matters. You fed your default mode network, a better film loop of your life to run in the background. You did it by running dopamine reward cycling intentionally on purpose. Now your brain starts auto-surfacing things that work, things that make you feel good. That's some cool shit because you just trained the algorithm of your brain. The big takeaway here is you don't need a new personality. You just need to train your algorithm. Do it right now, it takes three minutes. And watch how quickly your nervous system changes. Quietly, relentlessly, and in your favor. Comment your DM 2026 and I'll send you some more information about my unique manifestation program. Comment your DM 2026. Worry feels productive. It’s not. It’s training your brain to expect problems, weakening your decision-making, and locking you into stress loops. Your nervous system doesn’t know the difference between imagined danger and real danger. So every “what if” becomes a rehearsal. Shift the pattern. Train your brain on purpose. Comment “brain” if you’re done letting worry run the show. #neuroscience #anxietyrelief #mindsetshift #manifestation #nervoussystem

Most addictive substance in the world? Not alcohol. Not nicotine. Not drugs. It’s your own emotions. Stress, worry, anxiety… they come with a chemical payoff. And your body gets hooked. Cortisol and adrenaline create intensity. Your brain reads that as important. So you replay, overthink, and loop. Then it becomes familiar. And what’s familiar feels safe… even when it hurts. Over time, stress chemistry blunts dopamine. So normal life feels flat. And you need more intensity just to feel something. That’s the loop. Break it in 60 seconds. Name it. Breathe slow. Feel your hands. Shift out of the story… and back into your body. Because the emotion isn’t the problem. The addiction to the chemistry is. #StressRelief #anxietyhelp #nervoussystem #mentalhealthtools #emotionalregulation

Here’s the truth about anger nobody tells you: It doesn’t make you powerful… it makes you predictable. Every time you stay angry, your brain literally shifts into survival mode—less clarity, less control, more reactivity. The good news? You can interrupt that loop. This is how you take your power back—neurologically, not just mentally. Follow me and comment upspiral and I’ll send you more about how to retrain your brain for real control. #anger #emotionalintelligence #neuroscience #selfmastery #mindsetshift
