Most people think worry means something is wrong with them. But that’s not what’s happening in your brain. Worry is usually a strength being overused. If you worry a lot, it usually means you have a sharp analytical mind. Your brain is good at scanning for problems, running scenarios, and trying to solve things. The issue is not intelligence. The issue is volume. It’s like having a powerful engine and leaving it stuck in fifth gear all day. Your brain keeps trying to solve emotional problems using more thinking, which actually activates the brain’s threat systems even more. The amygdala keeps scanning. The salience network keeps flagging problems. Your nervous system stays in “problem-solving mode.” And the more you analyze… the louder the worry gets. Here’s the shift. Instead of trying to think your way out of worry, you change where your awareness lives. Drop your attention from your head into your chest. Breathe as if the breath is moving in and out of your heart. Then bring one good feeling memory online. Someone you love. Something you appreciate. A moment that made you laugh. Do that for five minutes. Your nervous system starts shifting out of threat mode. And here’s the wild part: When the noise quiets down, your brain actually becomes a clearer thinker. You didn’t lose your intelligence. You just gave it some space. And from that space, better ideas appear. Better solutions appear. Better actions appear. That’s what I call UpSpiraling. Follow me and comment the word UpSpiral and I’ll send you more information about my manifestation program. #upspiral #nervoussystem #manifestation #braintraining #selfmastery

Here's a power move if you worry a lot. You're gonna love this one. It's totally doable. See, worry is just thinking with the volume turned up way too high. If you're a chronic worrier, it just means that you have a really sharp mind. You have a really strong analytical mind. It means that thinking is a strength for you and you're just using that one strength too often. It's like if you were a really strong runner but you end up using running to do everything in your life. Like say you wanted to go to the library and take out a book and you ended up running through the library and grabbing books off the shelf. It would be a terrible time to use your strength as a runner and you'd piss off everybody in the library. Using your strength of running to take out a book from the library is the wrong use of your strength. So your ability to think clearly and analyze a situation, it's not always the right move. When you worry, all you're doing is doubling down on analysis and thinking. Doubling down again on analysis and thinking and trying to make that one strength solve the problem in front of you. But a lot of times dropping into your body is the right solution for a situation and you actually need to turn the volume down on your thinking. But how do you do that? How do you drop into your body? It's actually pretty simple. It's called heart-mind meditation. It goes like this. Drop your awareness from your head to your heart. Pretend you're breathing in and out of your heart to anchor your awareness in your heart area. Now run a good feeling thought through your mind and body. Like the last time you had a good laugh, somebody that you love, something that you appreciate in your life that you already have. If you do this for five minutes, you'll start to turn the worry down and you'll discover that when you do turn the worry down, you're actually a pretty clear thinker in there. You just need it to spend some more time down here. And you'll notice when you're not jamming full speed up here all the time, you actually have more space in here to think. You actually can use your heart to create spaciousness in your thinking. You'll feel better and you'll start sending good vibes out to the universe. And the universe hears all vibes as a request and goes, "Oh, they must want more things to feel good about. Here you go." And inspired, good feeling ideas will start to come to you. And now you've got all this headspace because you turned your thinking down a little bit and you can actually receive all the inspired ideas from the universe. And then you start to receive irresistible inspired actions from the universe. And again, now you have all this headspace to receive it. And the right path forward suddenly starts to present itself and the thing you were worried about, well, the solution to it arrives. And all you did was turn down your thinking, settle into your heart a bit and create a little space inside yourself. And now, no more worry. That right there is deliberate freedom. That right there is deliberate upspiraling. Write upspiral in the comments to remember this in your body. Upspiral in the comments. Like the video, follow me and click the link in my bio. Here’s a neuroscience hack to stop negative thoughts fast. You’re not “a negative person.” Your brain is just running the wrong search. Your reticular activating system (RAS) filters reality based on what you’ve been rehearsing. Your default mode network (DMN) turns it into a story. Your amygdala decides if it’s a threat. Same loop. Different day. So when you keep replaying stress, irritation, or disappointment… your brain gets better at finding it. Not mindset fluff. Neural gating. Here’s the shift: Don’t fight the thought. Don’t force positivity. Change the search. Ask: “What’s actually working?” Then list simple things: “My car works.” “I ate today.” “That went better than usual.” Pause. Breathe. Let each one land. That’s how you update the filter. And once the filter changes… your reality starts organizing differently. Disarm negative emotions in under two minutes. If you can’t control your emotions… you can’t control your life. Because when anger spikes… when anxiety hits… when your chest tightens… That’s not you thinking. That’s your brain in survival mode. And when that switch flips… logic is gone. So here’s how to take your power back. Fast. Three steps. Backed by neuroscience. Step 1: Interrupt the signal Your amygdala is firing. That’s your threat detector. Press your tongue into the roof of your mouth. Hold 5 seconds. Release slowly. Repeat 3 times. This sends a safety signal through your nervous system. Step 2: Drop into the body Your thoughts fuel the fire. Your body is the exit. Feel your feet. Your hands. Your breath. This activates the insula and brings you back to the present. Step 3: Widen your perspective Emotion narrows your world. Look around. Name 5 objects. Notice 3 sounds. This re-engages your prefrontal cortex. That’s where clarity lives. You didn’t suppress anything. You regulated your system. And when your body calms down… your mind follows. Use this when you’re triggered. That’s how you build control. Because emotional mastery isn’t about feeling less. It’s about not getting hijacked. Here’s a scientific method to stop being angry. Not suppress it. Not pretend it’s not there. Actually stop it from running your life. Anger isn’t bad. It’s just energy without a job. But when you stay in it? You flood your body with cortisol, hijack your thinking, and stay stuck in fight mode. You’re not solving anything. You’re just burning fuel. So here’s the reset: Step 1: Name it. “This is anger. A part of me is angry.” That simple move shifts activity out of your survival brain and into your thinking brain. Step 2: Calm the body. Cold water on your face or an ice cube across your cheeks. You activate your vagus nerve, which tells your system you’re safe. Step 3: Move it. Walk. Shake it out. Do squats. Give that energy somewhere to go so it doesn’t stay trapped in your body. Powerful people don’t sit in anger. They use it. Because if you don’t control your anger… your anger controls you. And that shapes your entire life. Follow me and comment “up-spiral” and I’ll send you more info on how to take control of your energy and your results. #angercontrol #emotionalregulation #neuroscience #selfmastery #mentalfitness

Here’s the number one green flag you’re going to be wealthy. And no… it’s not being nice. The universe doesn’t reward morality. It responds to frequency. That’s the part most people miss. You can be kind, generous, and a genuinely good person… and still be broadcasting anxiety, doubt, and internal chaos. And guess what the universe hears? Not your intentions. Your signal. Meanwhile, someone with certainty, clarity, and self-belief? They’re sending a clean signal. And reality organizes around that. That’s why you’ll see “good people” stuck… and confident people winning. It’s not about deserving. It’s about alignment. So yes—be a good human. But don’t confuse that with manifestation. Your results come from what you’re embodying… not what you believe you deserve. Shift your frequency. That’s the power move.
