Your brain is not broken. It’s patterned. And patterns can be trained. Here’s how to use that. Most people think healing means either: • pushing it away • or digging into it forever Both keep you stuck. The real move is this: You let the wave complete… then you choose what comes next on purpose. That’s where wealth actually starts. Because the same system that replays trauma… is the same system that builds focus, opportunity, and momentum. When you learn to: • not get hijacked by old signals • and then direct your attention intentionally You stop reacting… and start creating. That’s the green flag. Not perfection. Not positivity. Self-regulation → then direction. That’s the pattern of people who build wealth, influence, and freedom over time. Train your nervous system… and your results follow. Follow me and comment upspiral and I’ll send you more on how to rewire this. #manifestation #nervoussystem #traumahealing #mindsetshift #wealthbuilding

Here's the number one green flag you're going to be wealthy. Your brain has one primary job. Keep you safe, not happy, not free, safe, and it does that by remembering pain and predicting how to avoid it. So when the pain first occurred, usually sometime in your childhood, you're amygdala tags it and your hippocampus stores it as memory. And from that moment forward, your prefrontal cortex tries to plan your way around ever repeating that pain, and that's how trauma gets formed in your childhood. So as an adult, when you wake up at 3am filled with anxiety and fear, that's not random. That's your brain replaying old data, old trauma, and it's trying to plan and protect you from something that already happened. And here's the trap. You think that fear is about your life right now, but it's not. It's about a moment inside your body that you never fully got to finish. So you try to outrun it, better thoughts, better mindset, you try to push it away, or you do the opposite. You circle it, you analyze it, you overthink it, and overwork it. Maybe you talk about the same trauma for years and you allow it to define you, and both of these strategies they miss. Because the first one tries to bypass the signal. Think better thoughts. Really? Think better thoughts? I'm having a panic attack at 3am, and the other way over analyzing it makes you stuck inside of it by defining yourself through the trauma. I'm a trauma survivor. Oh, no, you're not. You're an expansive spiritual being. Here's the good news. There's a third way, a middle way. At 3am, when that wave of anxiety and fear hits you, don't fix it, and don't fight it. Feel where it is in your body, and say, a part of me is feeling anxious right now, and that part doesn't define me, and notice the tightness of the heat and the contraction without trying to change it. Instead, witness it, and let it be seen by you, and something strange and miraculous happens here. Your amygdala starts to quiet down. Because what it needed wasn't escape. It needed acknowledgement. And when this old childhood signal is finally acknowledged, the energy of it rises, and eventually starts to fall. And the loop begins to close, the old looping trauma of your life. And here's where most people stop, because they think that's the work, and it's not. That just clears the distortion. Because once you get your system to settle down by witnessing your system, you're no longer reacting to the past. Now you're choosing, and this is where your power actually lives. So the next step is this, your brain. It has a filter. It's called the reticular activating system. It's the part of your brain that decides what you'll notice. And it takes its cues from what you repeatedly think, say, and feel. So at this phase of the work, if you think you're done, and you let your mind drift, you'll just default to old pattern. The familiar old trauma history, and you'll simply reopen the trauma loop. But in that moment, right after you witnessed your trauma, and you watched the energy of its settle, in that moment, if you intentionally ask, "What's one thing I can appreciate about my life right now?" You do something powerful, because you're not bypassing, you are directing. You're teaching your brain what matters. You're telling your nervous system, "This is the signal to amplify this appreciative signal." And over time, that change is what you experience, and what you see in the outer world. And not because the world changed, but because your filter for it did. So the real move is this. When the past shows up, when your depths start to drag you under. Stay. Don't wrestle. Don't run. Stay. Let it cycle through its pain and complete. It will rise and fall and eventually soften. And that's just step one, so don't stay there. Remember, step two is choose. Choose the thought that opens you. Choose the words that feel like relief. Choose the feeling that gives you a little more space in your life. Choose to appreciate what you already have. That's not denial. That's creation. And now you're no longer nailed to the floor of your history. And you're not pretending it didn't happen. You're doing something far more powerful. You're updating the system that was built from that history. In real time, your history made you strong, and this process is simply learning to live from that strength, which is a totally different thing than the history that created the strength. Don't define yourself by your history, by your trauma. And don't bypass it either. Use this video to fully transform yourself into the strong, resilient being that you actually are. And this is how you upspiral your life. Follow me and comment the word upspiral, and I'll send you some more information about my unique manifestation program. Worry feels productive. It’s not. It’s training your brain to expect problems, weakening your decision-making, and locking you into stress loops. Your nervous system doesn’t know the difference between imagined danger and real danger. So every “what if” becomes a rehearsal. Shift the pattern. Train your brain on purpose. Comment “brain” if you’re done letting worry run the show. #neuroscience #anxietyrelief #mindsetshift #manifestation #nervoussystem

Most addictive substance in the world? Not alcohol. Not nicotine. Not drugs. It’s your own emotions. Stress, worry, anxiety… they come with a chemical payoff. And your body gets hooked. Cortisol and adrenaline create intensity. Your brain reads that as important. So you replay, overthink, and loop. Then it becomes familiar. And what’s familiar feels safe… even when it hurts. Over time, stress chemistry blunts dopamine. So normal life feels flat. And you need more intensity just to feel something. That’s the loop. Break it in 60 seconds. Name it. Breathe slow. Feel your hands. Shift out of the story… and back into your body. Because the emotion isn’t the problem. The addiction to the chemistry is. #StressRelief #anxietyhelp #nervoussystem #mentalhealthtools #emotionalregulation

Here’s the truth about anger nobody tells you: It doesn’t make you powerful… it makes you predictable. Every time you stay angry, your brain literally shifts into survival mode—less clarity, less control, more reactivity. The good news? You can interrupt that loop. This is how you take your power back—neurologically, not just mentally. Follow me and comment upspiral and I’ll send you more about how to retrain your brain for real control. #anger #emotionalintelligence #neuroscience #selfmastery #mindsetshift
