Here's an amazing manifestation method for reprogramming your subconscious mind overnight. Falling asleep and hypnosis are the same brain wave state, which makes bedtime the perfect time to program your subconscious mind. The protocol takes three minutes. Here's step one. Tonight before bed gets specific. Don't be vague. Not I want a better life. You got to give your brain specific scenes. Things like I see a chance to make money or I see someone warm and open with me or I see a clear next step. You got to be concrete and visual and put it in the first person on a pattern paper beside your bed. Write these things down. Step two. Read it out loud. Read it slow and read it three times each. What this does is it tags it in your brain's filter system as important. Step three. Go to sleep. You don't need to force it. You don't need to chase it. Let's sleep do its work. Just let the system run. What happens next, within a day, things start to pop. Not because reality changed, because your filter for reality changed. You will literally notice the openings and the opportunities and the clear next steps as if by magic.
