Successful people don’t wait for the room to feel good. They decide how the room feels. The story sounds simple, but the mechanism is powerful. Your brain is constantly scanning for cues—tone, facial expression, energy. That’s your salience network deciding what matters. Then your nervous system mirrors it automatically. That’s why most people walk into a bad mood… and become part of it. But here’s the shift: You can interrupt that loop. When you choose your state—on purpose—you’re not just “being positive.” You’re training your brain and everyone else’s brain around you. That’s neuroscience. Energy is contagious. But leadership is choosing what spreads. That $10 tip wasn’t about money. It was pattern interruption. Instead of matching irritation, I broadcast generosity. And the system recalibrated instantly. Her tone changed. Her posture changed. The entire dynamic changed. Same person. Same moment. Different signal. This is how opportunities start finding you. Because people don’t just respond to what you say— they respond to how they feel around you. And when you’re the one creating the emotional climate? Doors open. Conversations soften. Rooms shift. This is what successful people actually do differently: They control their mind. They control their mouth. They control their mood. They don’t react. They set. So here’s the move: Next time you walk into tension— don’t mirror it. Override it. Decide the atmosphere. Then act like it’s already real. Because your vibe isn’t random. It’s trained. And what you practice… you become. Successful people do one thing completely differently than people who are moderately successful or people who are not very successful at all. If you're new here, I'm Michael, I'm a licensed acupuncturist with a specialty in neuroscience and help you master your energy so you can upspiral your life if you like that follow me. So the other morning I'm at this coffee shop and it's packed, it's a Monday. There's like that half awake, half annoyed Monday energy in the room. I get to the counter and the barista looks at me like I'm the fifth problem she's had to deal with in an hour. You know, flat tone, zero warmth. So I order my drink and she gives me more attitude and I think to myself seriously and I can feel my chest tighten in my system starting to mirror her bad mood. Then I pay and I give her a $10 tip and that's when everything flips. Her whole expression softens. Her voice warms up and suddenly she's treating me like I'm the highlight of her day. Same person, same situation, different weather. You know why it's different weather? Because I set my own weather. Live from your own atmosphere. Decide the emotional climate you want to live into and don't wait for good energy. Broadcast it. Successful people control their mind, their mouth, and their mood. They set a good mood and they expect life to rise up to meet them and it does every time. Opportunities start tracking you down because you're the person broadcasting optimism. People want to be near you because you're the one creating the good mood, not waiting for it. Your vibe is a choice. It's 100% up to you. You just have to practice setting your dial. Follow me and comment the word up spiral and I'll send you some more information about my unique manifestation program. In that program I give you tools based in neuroscience to help you being control of your own life. Follow me and comment the word up spiral. Vibrant beings have a great day.

Worry feels productive. It’s not. It’s training your brain to expect problems, weakening your decision-making, and locking you into stress loops. Your nervous system doesn’t know the difference between imagined danger and real danger. So every “what if” becomes a rehearsal. Shift the pattern. Train your brain on purpose. Comment “brain” if you’re done letting worry run the show. #neuroscience #anxietyrelief #mindsetshift #manifestation #nervoussystem

Most addictive substance in the world? Not alcohol. Not nicotine. Not drugs. It’s your own emotions. Stress, worry, anxiety… they come with a chemical payoff. And your body gets hooked. Cortisol and adrenaline create intensity. Your brain reads that as important. So you replay, overthink, and loop. Then it becomes familiar. And what’s familiar feels safe… even when it hurts. Over time, stress chemistry blunts dopamine. So normal life feels flat. And you need more intensity just to feel something. That’s the loop. Break it in 60 seconds. Name it. Breathe slow. Feel your hands. Shift out of the story… and back into your body. Because the emotion isn’t the problem. The addiction to the chemistry is. #StressRelief #anxietyhelp #nervoussystem #mentalhealthtools #emotionalregulation

Here’s the truth about anger nobody tells you: It doesn’t make you powerful… it makes you predictable. Every time you stay angry, your brain literally shifts into survival mode—less clarity, less control, more reactivity. The good news? You can interrupt that loop. This is how you take your power back—neurologically, not just mentally. Follow me and comment upspiral and I’ll send you more about how to retrain your brain for real control. #anger #emotionalintelligence #neuroscience #selfmastery #mindsetshift
