Your brain is being trained every single day… by what you allow. Here are 5 things I avoid to keep my brain sharp, focused, and resilient: • Chronic negativity → rewires your brain for stress • Sleep deprivation → destroys memory + performance • Resentment → floods your system with stress hormones • Doom scrolling → hijacks dopamine + kills focus • Isolation → literally damages brain health Your brain is plastic. It adapts to what you repeat. Train it wisely… and your whole life starts to upspiral. Comment “upspiral” and I’ll send you more on how to rewire your brain for manifestation. #neuroscience #brainhealth #mentalperformance #dopaminedetox #manifestation

Here's five things I avoid to keep my brain healthy one. I won't let negativity run the show Veronica negativity rewires my brain for stress and it limits neuroplasticity instead I practice cultivating appreciating what's happening in my life big things and small things no matter what they are That keeps my mindset expansive and resilient - I won't skimp on sleep Leap is when my brain consolidates memories and resets for peak performance. I do not glorify sleep deprivation I honor my circadian rhythm. Three, I won't hold on to resentment. Chronic anger and grudges They flood my brain with stress hormone. That impairs memory and cognition. Instead, I process my emotions release what no longer serves me And I keep my energy light. Four, I won't drown my neurons in doom scrolling constant negative news and social media Overloads my brain hijacks my dopamine and weakens my focus. Instead, I create space for introspection, presence and real-world experiences. Five, I won't isolate myself Studies demonstrate that loneliness is as bad for your brain as smoking. Social connections, strengthen neural pathways, boost feel-good chemicals and keep your mind engaged and alive. So, I prioritize meaningful relationship. Keeping my brain healthy keeps my life upspiralling. Write upspiral in the comments to remember all this in your body. Upspiral in the comments. Worry feels productive. It’s not. It’s training your brain to expect problems, weakening your decision-making, and locking you into stress loops. Your nervous system doesn’t know the difference between imagined danger and real danger. So every “what if” becomes a rehearsal. Shift the pattern. Train your brain on purpose. Comment “brain” if you’re done letting worry run the show. #neuroscience #anxietyrelief #mindsetshift #manifestation #nervoussystem

Most addictive substance in the world? Not alcohol. Not nicotine. Not drugs. It’s your own emotions. Stress, worry, anxiety… they come with a chemical payoff. And your body gets hooked. Cortisol and adrenaline create intensity. Your brain reads that as important. So you replay, overthink, and loop. Then it becomes familiar. And what’s familiar feels safe… even when it hurts. Over time, stress chemistry blunts dopamine. So normal life feels flat. And you need more intensity just to feel something. That’s the loop. Break it in 60 seconds. Name it. Breathe slow. Feel your hands. Shift out of the story… and back into your body. Because the emotion isn’t the problem. The addiction to the chemistry is. #StressRelief #anxietyhelp #nervoussystem #mentalhealthtools #emotionalregulation

Here’s the truth about anger nobody tells you: It doesn’t make you powerful… it makes you predictable. Every time you stay angry, your brain literally shifts into survival mode—less clarity, less control, more reactivity. The good news? You can interrupt that loop. This is how you take your power back—neurologically, not just mentally. Follow me and comment upspiral and I’ll send you more about how to retrain your brain for real control. #anger #emotionalintelligence #neuroscience #selfmastery #mindsetshift
