If you're into that follow me and click the link in my bio Step one when you notice a difficult emotion inside you stop drop your awareness from your head to your heart and Pretend you're breathing in and out of your heart to anchor your awareness there. This connects you to your higher self Step two shift your language say a part of me feels angry or sad or guilty Avoid saying I'm sad or I'm angry or I'm guilty. This helps you remember that it's only a part of you that feels the Difficulty and that part doesn't define you. Step three locate the feeling. Notice where in your body You feel the difficult emotion is it in your head your throat your stomach pinpoint where it is in your body Step four acknowledge and allow acknowledge the part say to it I got you and it's okay that you're here Provide containment and safety for this part because it's a young part of you that's holding this difficult emotion This difficult belief about who you are in this moment and step five be with it Continue to breathe in and out of your heart as you give this part of yourself your full compassionate attention It's as if you're with the child to just fill out their bike and they scrape their knee real bad The only move is to be with that child to hold them and provide safety and containment and as you sit there with the child The pain in their knee will rise and fall and eventually dissipate So do the same thing with this part of you that's holding the difficult emotion Stay present and let the emotion rise and fall and fade naturally by following these steps You can disarm difficult unwanted emotions in about 60 seconds It's called parts work, and it's a practice of acknowledgement safety and presence and it works And once the energy of the tough emotion dissipates you'll feel more grounded and ready to move on with your day Follow me and comment up spiral and I'll send you some more information about my unique manifestation program in that program We give you tools based in neuroscience to put you in charge of your life instead of your life being in charge of you Follow me and comment up spiral vibrant beings have a great day
