Here's a secret back door into manifestation success you're probably not using yet. You're going to love this one because it happens while you sleep. So we all know that the secret to manifestation success is feeling good. Because when you're feeling good, you attract more good feeling things into your life. The life can throw a lot of curveballs and we can easily get wound up in the negative circumstances that surround us. And then we're not feeling so good and pivoting out of that negative feeling place can be a real challenge. Here's a secret back door at night when we sleep our mind loosens its grip on our beliefs. So if we've been gripping negative beliefs, nighttime when we sleep is a time that that grip on those negative beliefs naturally relax. And we can use that natural letting go to our advantage. Here's what you do right before bed. Write down three things you want around money. Three things you want around relationship and three things you want around your health. Be sure to write them down as bullet points in the first person present tense. It's important that you think of believable things, but things that are slightly out of reach. So for example, say you want an extra $10,000 in your bank account and that feels like a little bit of a reach, but it's also believable. So you would write down in the first person present tense. I'm so happy and appreciative that I have the extra $10,000 in my bank account. I love the sense of freedom and security that the extra cash gives me. You get the picture. Three things around money, three things around relationships and three things around health. Now, put those nine bullet points into chat GPT and tell it to write you a sweet bedtime story in the first person present tense. And that story that it writes for you. You read that to yourself as the last thing you do right before you turn out the light before you go to sleep. And as you fall asleep and your mind naturally releases its grip on your day, you'll effortlessly insert this positive story into your subconscious and you'll float along on that positive story all night long. And you just found a back door into manifestation and you didn't have to work too hard to release your negativity because your mind naturally does that when you sleep.
