You won't be a successful content creator if you don't have these skills to be completely blunt about it. I work with successful content creators every single day of the week. People who have gone on to be really well monetized influencers, people who have quit their jobs, started businesses, started brands, while they're all very different with different strengths and usually in different niches, they all have at least one of these skills, usually more. Sometimes all of them. And the good news is, these are all things that you can learn, it's not soft that you're born with. First thing is attention engineering, good successful content creators are not posting content, hoping that it lands, they're designing their content in a way that they know it will. They know exactly what to say at the start of their videos to stop somebody screwing, they know how to pick topics that have a lot of interest, they know how to craft the perfect text hooks. This isn't in like a manipulative click beaty way, it's just knowing what's going to make somebody pause for like half a second longer. The second thing is pattern recognition, they're able to objectively look at the data on their accounts and make decisions based on that. They are not chasing views and they know that views are not the only measurement of success. They're looking at the posts that convert best into followers, which ones bring high quality followers. What content drives them closer to their long term goals, they know how to get attention, but they're not chasing attention, they're chasing actual results. The next thing is on camera authority, which is not the same thing as confidence, because a lot of really successful content creators are not the most confident people. It's more about conviction and self trust, because if you speak in a way where you believe what you're saying, other people are going to believe that too. And then the fourth thing, which is usually very underrated, is psychological literacy. Given that performs isn't always necessarily good content, it's content that makes people feel something that does well. Whether that is curiosity or anger or fear or relief, successful content creators are pressing one of those buttons with every single video. And sometimes they're not even conscious they're doing this, but they're always making people feel something. And like I said, none of these things are down to talent, they're all things that you can learn. And if you want to develop these skills, you need to join the content club because that's exactly what I teach people how to do. That's the reason why so many creators have gone through that course, come on to the other side, I'm made a success of their content. If you want to, send me a DM and I'll give you a discount code.
