Somebody's got to say it, commissions across the board for the month of July have been ugly. We're seeing record lows, but what have you learned from this? Because most affiliates are using this as an excuse instead of taking it as a lesson. So this episode one of how to make your content by the proof. So that with or without ad spend, you can still put out high performing and high converting content. And yes, I feel that necessary to bring back these raw talks. This episode is what most affiliates have had problems with this month and that is conversions. All of this ad spend has this forgetting what gets a consumer from a viewer to a paying customer. So we're walking through what it takes to convert specifically what I call the SNI cycle. Now, before we get into all this sexy stuff that people love, we have to start with S stats. Because if your stats were shit, nobody watched your video, that has to be dealt with first. There are times like these, nothing is for certain, but hard numbers. So quickly, for a general base, for a video to be considered good, you want to see five seconds average watch time, and one percent finishing the full video. Now that we got that out of the way, we've got focus on the things that will help the video actually convert. The conversion relies heavily on the cycle of influence, the eye. And these three work together beautifully to get people to buy. The one here is human influencers. From walking out of the street, you see everybody looking in the sky, you're going to look in the sky too. That is natural, evolutionary, hard-winding that you cannot fight. And in us, we have some of these hard-winding influencers that you can use to help convert influencers like adding authority to your video, social proof, scarcity, playing it to unity, being light, and each one of these can have their own separate video. And if you have one, I can do that. Let me know. But if you go watch all the highest-performing videos, every single one of them has one or more of these influencers. So your videos for the sake of conversion should, too. Number two, we use humans to have natural desires or levers that will force us to take action and buy. We have a total, and I'll put them on screen somewhere for you. So if you want to ensure that your videos convert, you need to position your video or build your video around one or more of these. The human influencers should be added to the video, and the video itself should be built around one or more of these levers. And it should be extremely clear from the very beginning of your video which one of these that you're hitting. I have multiple series and full videos breaking down each one of these individually. But the example is the whole nine, so if you need to, go check them out. Which leads me right into number three. You want your videos to do a really good job of hitting on those specific pains and problems that your target audience is facing, that your product can solve for. Saying something like, "This drink makes will give you energy," just isn't strong enough. Person on the other screen that you're talking to can't really feel that. But you know what they can feel, and you can remember a feeling. That feeling of being so drained out to work that when your kids ask you to play, you can even muster out the energy to run around and play with them. So you have to say, "No, that cuts deep." That is a pain that you want to relieve in your product. I have videos with examples of this too. But you want to stack these pains and problems earlier video, and then you can sprinkle them throughout. With a combination of all three of these, fine becomes a no-brainer.
