This is what I ate every day for two weeks straight no cheat meals to finally stop getting stomach pain from gastritis. So every morning for breakfast I always had eggs, air fried potatoes, avocado, and for fruits I either had a papaya or banana. Here's what a normal breakfast would look like for me. And then for lunch I usually had a ground turkey bowl that had carrots, zucchini, mushroom, spinach, and then I just cooked it in a big pot. This is a video I posted a while ago on how I made this lunch. It's really simple. Again I just throw everything into a pot and then I just mill prepped it with some air fried potatoes. Again I would eat this every single day for lunch. It was tasty, it wasn't bland, and it helped me stay consistent with eating this strict diet. And for dinner I always had a baked sweet potato with either cooked chicken breast or salmon. And then I always switched out the vegetables. So some nights I would do broccoli, green beans, carrots, squash. Here's a few pictures of some dinners that I would eat. And again for two weeks straight, this was everything that I ate every single day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And I didn't have as much stomach pain anymore. I could eat more food and I truly believe eating this way really helped me heal and I'd probably be able to introduce other foods. So have a lot of other meal and slow recipes that are gastritis friendly on my page. So go check them out if you're struggling to figure out what your next meal is going to be.

Here’s my results of my second endoscopy! Do I still have gastritis? This just shows what everyone says is true, you can still have some form of gastritis even if you don’t have the main symtpoms of it like severe stomach pain. This is why you should continue to eat your strict diet for 6 months- 1 year as it takes a long time for our stomachs to heal. I eat around 2,000 calories a day now, no stomach pain, but my stomach is slightly inflammed. Like I said in the video, I honestly think my gastritis healed but my stomach has gotten a little inflammed again from the bile acid that I now have and this is what’s actually causing the slight inflammation. I will continue to eat my diet for another 3 months and figure out how to balance everything in my gut. I hope my story can help some of you and your journey to recovery as I’m still trying to fight through this as well with all of you. Thank you for watching 🩷 #gastritis #gastritisdiet #endoscopy #endoscopyjourney #endoscopyresults
