Does anyone else deal with this? Instead of a burning chest pain feeling, it’s more of a throbbing, sharp, prickly feeling? #esophagealhypersensitivity #chestpain #acidreflux #gerd #esophagus

this whole time I thought I was dealing with acid reflux but maybe it was just hypersensitivity of my esophagus. I have something I need to get up my chest because I've been seeing a lot of certain comments on my page about hypersensitivity of the esophagus and had me looking into it. I feel like I have been tricked to be honest if this is actually what's been happening to me this whole time. I never had acid reflux before I had a gastritis. I never knew what acid reflux felt like so then once I was dealing with it it was actually a burning sensation like tightness. Well I remember waking up in the middle of the night having to sit up and like literally seep straight up because it just burned so much right here and that happened for so long. I couldn't really pinpoint the time that that all changed. I was still getting chest pain but it became more of like a throbbing pain. It was usually a little time after I would eat and so I always thought it was just acid reflux because for the longest time I was getting acid reflux. Just been seeing a lot of comments talking about hypersensitivity of the esophagus so when you have a lot of damage acid touching your esophagus for a long time and then it starts to heal well it can still be really sensitive to like food touching it like anything. You're not necessarily getting acid touching your esophagus it's just super super sensitive so it feels like no matter what you eat or at random times get that chest pain that throbbing sharp pain. This whole time I've been describing my chest pain as acid reflux and now I'm thinking I don't even know if it was actually acid reflux like maybe I've just been dealing with hypersensitivity and this also has me like wondering because I've been able to eat garlic onion red meat coffee caffeine like all these things and I don't get acid reflux as somebody that actually deals with acid reflux gets but sometimes randomly I you know I can eat like whatever food and then I would get that random sharp throbbing pain whether it was low acid food healthy food unhealthy food it was just so random. I was also sharing this because maybe somebody else is also new to acid reflux and never had it their whole life then they had it and then they've been trying to heal but it feels like it never went away but maybe it has you just have a really sensitive esophagus that has been trying to heal this whole time and I will say I know for sure even after healing my gastritis I was dealing with acid reflux I try to get off my ppi but maybe it started like after I finally was off completely done leaning off my ppi that you know I was still getting that chest pain no matter what I ate it was very random the throbbing sharp feeling I just thought oh my gosh this is just never ending but it really does make sense that maybe it was just my esophagus was very sensitive if you deal with the hypersensitivity feeling please share in the comments because I want to talk to y'all I want to know if it's the same feeling for y'all not the burning feeling but maybe again the sharp prickly feeling

Here’s 3 things I would NOT do if I just found out I had gastritis and trying to heal. #gastritistips #gastritis #howtohealgastritis #tipsforgastritis #healgastritisnaturally

Here’s my results of my second endoscopy! Do I still have gastritis? This just shows what everyone says is true, you can still have some form of gastritis even if you don’t have the main symtpoms of it like severe stomach pain. This is why you should continue to eat your strict diet for 6 months- 1 year as it takes a long time for our stomachs to heal. I eat around 2,000 calories a day now, no stomach pain, but my stomach is slightly inflammed. Like I said in the video, I honestly think my gastritis healed but my stomach has gotten a little inflammed again from the bile acid that I now have and this is what’s actually causing the slight inflammation. I will continue to eat my diet for another 3 months and figure out how to balance everything in my gut. I hope my story can help some of you and your journey to recovery as I’m still trying to fight through this as well with all of you. It’s been a bumpy road, but I’m so thankful for the health I do have now compared to 2024 ❤️ • 0:24 Food anxiety 0:48 GERD & acid reflux 0:55 What can I eat now? 1:01 Alcohol 2:03 Constipation 2:45 Low ferritin #gastritis #gerd #guthealingjourney #stomachproblems #constipation

I can eat SO MUCH MORE protein now compared to a couple weeks ago so I know this has helped me a lot! • Symtopms I had that lead me to believe I have low stomach acid: - undigested food in stool - bloating - feeling very full after meals with a lot of meat protein (especially red meat) - acid reflux - fullness in stomach (right under diaphragm area) - feels like a lot of food is still sitting in your stomach hours after eating - constipation - slow gut motility • #lowstomachacid #acidreflux #stomachissues #stomachproblems #bloating #digestion #increasestomachacid
