Do you have similar stomach issues I mentioned in this video? These are all symptoms of Gastritis. If you've been having stomach issues, right under the diaphragm area, like right under the rib cage, stomach bloating, stomach burning, your stomach feels extended, you feel like food is just sitting in your stomach, you also have unintended weight loss, you have indigestion, and when you eat really acidic fatty foods, your stomach hurts even more, or when you go too long without eating your stomach also hurts. These can all be signs and symptoms of gastritis. Now, what is gastritis? Gastritis is basically an inflamed stomach, so your stomach lining is inflamed, it's irritated, and you need to focus on foods that are low acidic, so foods with a pH higher than five. You can easily go on Google and type in low acidic foods, and there will be a list of foods that have a pH of fiber higher, and these are the foods that you need to eat. And foods with a pH lower than five, you need to stay away from those foods, or you can go to my page, and the link in my bio, I made a free handout that lists foods you should eat, and foods you should not eat. And the only way to know if you truly have gastritis is actually getting an endoscopy. Once you have your endoscopy, and you find out you have gastritis, your doctor might put you on a PPI, a proton pump inhibitor, to prevent you from producing so much stomach acid, so that your stomach lining can heal. Instead of just guessing if you have this condition or that condition, it's best that you take the time to go see a GI doctor, a GI specialist, and tell them your concerns, and what you're going through, so that you can possibly get an endoscopy, and see what's truly going on inside you. You don't want to keep guessing and taking all these different supplements for something that you might not actually even have, and could be making things worse.

Here’s my results of my second endoscopy! Do I still have gastritis? This just shows what everyone says is true, you can still have some form of gastritis even if you don’t have the main symtpoms of it like severe stomach pain. This is why you should continue to eat your strict diet for 6 months- 1 year as it takes a long time for our stomachs to heal. I eat around 2,000 calories a day now, no stomach pain, but my stomach is slightly inflammed. Like I said in the video, I honestly think my gastritis healed but my stomach has gotten a little inflammed again from the bile acid that I now have and this is what’s actually causing the slight inflammation. I will continue to eat my diet for another 3 months and figure out how to balance everything in my gut. I hope my story can help some of you and your journey to recovery as I’m still trying to fight through this as well with all of you. Thank you for watching 🩷 #gastritis #gastritisdiet #endoscopy #endoscopyjourney #endoscopyresults
